Integration of Zendesk Sell and Miro

Zendesk Sell and Miro are CRM systems that enable businesses to manage their customer relationships. Zendesk sells a cloud-based software for companies that help them in sales, support and marketing. It is an all-in-one software that offers features like email marketing, leads management, contact center and social media integration. Miro on the other hand is a CRM system that helps in sales and marketing. Miro is used by startups and small businesses. The integration of Zendesk Sell and Miro enables businesses to gain business intelligence by connecting the two systems.

Zendesk Sell and Miro can be integrated through API. API is a set of protocps used to programmatically access the data or services provided by a software application. In this case, it will be the CRM data. API makes it easy to customize the integration.

Zendesk Sell and Miro can also be integrated manually by fplowing the steps below:

  • Open Zendesk Sell in your browser.
  • Navigate to Settings from the left sidebar.
  • Click on Integrations from the top menu bar.
  • Click on Add next to Miro.
  • Enter your API key from Miro and click Save.
  • Enable the Access Token field by selecting the check box next to it.
  • Enter your Miro access token in the field next to it.
  • Click Save changes.
  • You will now be able to see your Miro account under Connected accounts in settings. Click on Connected accounts here.
  • Your Miro account will show up under Connected Accounts section of Zendesk Sell.
  • Click on any contact you want to add to Miro from Zendesk Sell and click on the Add to Miro button at the bottom of the page.
  • The contact will now appear in your Miro account under Leads section during the creation of a lead. Or you can find it under the Contacts tab in lead details page.
  • Clicking on any lead from Zendesk Sell will display its details in Miro. From here, you can edit or delete it. You can also edit or add tags, update status and add responsibilities. And vice versa as well, editing a lead in Miro will update its status in Zendesk Sell automatically. Similarly, updating leads in Miro will update its status in Zendesk Sell automatically. You can also add tags and assign responsibilities to both leads in Zendesk Sell or Miro. These updates will reflect on both tops simultaneously. Both tops can also be integrated with each other to create cases. In addition, emails can be sent to leads in both systems at the same time when created or updated. Emails can also be sent when a lead is added to one top or the other automatically after being created or updated. This allows sharing of information between both systems at all times without having to switch between them.
