Apptivo integrates with Zendesk Sell to help sales teams track the conversations they are having via Zendesk’s ticketing system. Sales Reps can sync contacts between the two platforms using email addresses and/or phone numbers. When a contact is added to Zendesk, it will also be added to Apptivo.
When a Zendesk ticket is created or updated, the ticket data is automatically synced with Apptivo as well as all the other connected apps. Therefore, leads and contacts can also be synced automatically.
