Apptivo is an enterprise-grade cloud CRM used by companies to manage their sales pipeline. Apptivo integrates with Zendesk Sell to help sales teams track the conversations they are having via Zendesk’s ticketing system. Sales Reps can sync contacts between the two platforms using email addresses and/or phone numbers. When a contact is added to Zendesk, it will also be added to Apptivo.
