Integration of YouTube and simplesat

YouTube can be integrated with simplesat in two ways. through the library and through the online portal. The first invpves uploading the video directly to the library whereas the second invpves uploading the video to YouTube and then embedding it into the online portal of simplesat. Which option is better will depend on various factors. For example, if there are many videos already present on YouTube for a particular subject, then uploading it may not be very useful since the student would be able to access those videos freely from YouTube itself. On the contrary, if there are few or no videos on a subject on YouTube, then uploading it to the library of simplesat would be helpful since it would make the video easier to find by students. In addition, uploading a video would mean easier accessibility to students who might find it difficult to get access to YouTube. Another important factor that needs consideration is the copyright of a particular video. If a video is copyrighted, then using it would need permission from its owner as well as adherence to certain rules laid down by YouTube regarding use of copyrighted material. On the other hand, uploading videos to the online portal of simplesat does not require any such permissions or restrictions on use. Another important issue regarding integrating YouTube with simplesat is the quality of videos uploaded to the library and whether it is good enough for students to learn from them or not. This depends entirely on what kind of videos are uploaded or whether they are professionally done or not. If they are not professional or do not meet a certain standard of quality, then they will not serve any purpose and may even turn out to be counterproductive in terms of helping students understand concepts better.
