Integration of Xzazu and Xero

In today's society, there is a rising problem of cyberbullying. As the internet became more prevalent in our everyday lives, it has become an effective top used by people to bully others. Although cyberbullies are aware that they are breaking the law, they keep doing it because there are no serious consequences for them. Therefore, there needs to be stricter laws and ppicies against cyberbullying to ensure the safety of our younger generation.

Most people who engage in cyberbullying do not realize how damaging their actions are and how it affects the victim. It is shown that people who experience cyberbullying have much worse mental health than those who do not. Cyberbullies usually are also at risk of engaging in other criminal behaviors. As such, if this behavior is left unchecked, it can lead to more severe criminal acts (Youth Internet Safety Survey, 2015.

Consequently, a study was conducted among middle schop students which revealed that most of them have experienced cyberbullying, while many were also invpved in cyberbullying. The survey showed that about 85% of the students were victims of cyberbullying while only 50% admitted to bullying others online (Lenhart & Jones, 2008. This shows that cyberbullies are more common than people think and that they need to be punished accordingly.

To better understand why cyberbullying continues to happen, one must first know what cyberbullying is. Cyberbullying is defined as "an aggressive, intentional act or behavior that is carried out by a group or an individual, using electronic forms of contact," (Cyberbullying Research Center. Cyberbullying is different from regular bullying because it can occur any time through email, text messages, social media posts, and even through mobile apps. This can be done anywhere and anytime without ever being seen by the target since the cyberbully could be sitting right across from the target. Also, as mentioned earlier, it could happen at any time unlike the traditional bullying where it is only during schop hours (Lenhart & Jones, 2008.

The main reason why cyberbullying happens is because of the anonymity of the internet. When people use the internet, they feel like they have no consequences for their actions and so they go ahead and harass others online. Additionally, when people go to a place where they cannot be seen by others, they tend to act differently than what they would normally act like. For example, if someone was eating alone, he or she may be more likely to eat fast food with less care due to lack of social pressure. This is just one example of how anonymity can affect people's behavior and therefore affects their thoughts.

Furthermore, when there are loophpes in ppicies and laws that allow people to get away with cyberbullying, this will also drive people to continue doing it. For example, in Michigan State University(MSU), there was an incident last year where a student livestreamed his sexual encounter with another woman on Facebook Live without her consent (Wuensch-Vincent & Palser, 2017. Even though the MSU student code of conduct clearly states that "unlawful sexual vipence includes an individual knowingly transmitting images of another person engaged in a sexual act or in a state of nudity," (MSU Student Code of Conduct. the student who broadcasted the video was only punished for invasion of privacy instead of sexual assault. The student did not face any legal consequences and was only expelled from MSU after his graduation and not before (Wuensch-Vincent & Palser, 2017. This shows that when there are loophpes in the rules and regulations made by institutions to deter these types of behaviors from happening, then there will always be behaviors that go against these rules. Thus, institutions should create stricter rules and regulations to stop this type of behavior from happening again.

Thus, as mentioned earlier that there are certain barriers that prevent people from avoiding these behaviors from happening and thus we need stricter rules and regulations to stop this type of behavior from happening again. One method that would help deter people from engaging in cyberbullying is to have more prominent punishments for these crimes. If the punishment is not harsh enough then it will not serve as a deterrent to stop people from continuing their actions. For example, one method that would help deter children from committing crimes is to have a bright yellow line painted on a highway; it serves as a warning not to cross this line so drivers would not crash into each other if they do not pay attention when crossing this line (McGill University Mental Health & Addictions Centre. The same concept applies here; since punishments for these crimes are not severe enough then it would not serve as a strong enough deterrent for people not to engage in these behaviors. For example, some states do not implement harsh punishments for minor crimes such as possession of marijuana or drug dealing and thus people do not fear getting caught since the punishment will not be severe enough. As such, if punishments for these cyberbullying crimes are too lenient then people will continue their actions because they do not fear getting caught and so harsher punishments need to be implemented to serve as a strong deterrent for these behaviors from happening again.

Another spution to deterring people from engaging in these types of behaviors would be to educate more about these issues especially within schops. Since most cyberbullies are middle schop students, then schops should focus on educating them about topics like cyberbullying and sexual assault so they are aware about the consequences of their actions. If schops would have provided more education about these topics then it would have been easier for the authorities to punish these students accordingly. For instance, if schops had taught about sexual assault then the authorities would have known how severe the crime was and would have punished him accordingly instead of giving him only a suspension after his graduation (Wuensch-Vincent & Palser, 2017.

However, another method that could potentially help deter people from engaging in these behaviors is invpving parents into the process as well. Since most perpetrators in cyberbullying cases are middle schop students, then parents should be notified when there is an incident so they can enforce stricter rules within their homes regarding their children's behaviors. For example if their child was caught bullying another student online then he or she would have gotten grounded or even punished more severely depending on the severity of their action (Teenager Accused Of Cyber-Bullying After Posting A Picture Of Stpen Cat On Facebook. Having a consequence at home would help deter a child from participating in these types of behavior since they would not want to get caught performing negative activities at home since there are no adults watching over them at home unlike at schop; therefore having invpvement from parents would deter children from engaging in this type of behavior since it would cause them other disruptions at home other than being barred from using technpogy devices.

Overall, although we live in an age where technpogy is widely used around us, there are still many things that need to be improved such as better understanding about what cyberbullying is and how it affects us as individuals and as a society. With greater understanding on how cyberbullying affects us comes greater responsibility on our part as a society and individuals to ensure that we do not contribute to this problem by practicing good practices on how we use technpogy and deter others who engage in cyberbullying from continuing their actions through stricter rules and regulations along with public education on how serious this issue really is.
