In this article I will be discussing the integration of the two companies, Xzazu and Apptivo. I will be covering a number of areas in relation to the integration of these two companies, their structure, current earnings and the benefits that they have brought to the market.
Firstly, I will begin by outlining the company structure of each company. The company Xzazu is a software provider for small and medium sized businesses (SMB. Their product, Xzazu CRM allows customers to manage their sales and marketing activities, such as leads and support tickets, from one platform.

Apptivo is a business management spution for SMBs that enables users to manage their business from anywhere. It helps to keep track of sales, contacts, tasks and other business information. It can also integrate with other programs such as CRM systems and email programs. For example, it can integrate with Google Apps and Salesforce.com.
Apptivo was founded in 2008 and has over 25,000 customers across the globe. They have offices in London, New York and San Francisco (Apptivo Website. Both Xzazu and Apptivo produce and supply a range of services and products that can be used by SMBs to help them manage their business better.
However, their interface is limited and needs improvement. Therefore, the two companies have taken it upon themselves to integrate their two platforms together. The integration will enable easy access to both their platforms from one account rather than having to sign up for both services separately. This would eliminate any confusion that may arise from using different platforms. It will also create a more structured environment for each platform to operate in without being restricted by certain barriers.
Initially, I will discuss the benefits of the integration of Xzazu and Apptivo. The most obvious benefit is convenience. Currently, there are two separate accounts with different log-in details. This means having to remember yet another set of log-in details. If the two services were integrated into one account then there would only be one account to remember which increases convenience for both users and managers of either service. A second benefit would be the ability to access the two platforms from one location rather than at different locations. This would save time as users would not have to remember or look up log-in information for each platform separately. A third advantage would be the ability to access all information on both platforms from one location. For example, if a user wanted to see leads or messages from Apptivo they could do so straight away without having to log out of Xzazu first or vice versa. This reduces confusion between data recorded on each platform. One last benefit is that it would allow users of Xzazu to access Apptivo’s library of templates which would improve efficiency of work flow.
I believe that the integration of Xzazu and Apptivo is an excellent opportunity for both SMBs and large businesses alike to increase efficiency of business data management. Not only will it improve data management but it will also reduce costs by eliminating redundant subscription payments for separate services. This will give companies more time to focus on what matters most – their business!
