Xero is a cloud accounting software that helps small business and entrepreneurs with their accounting needs. It was founded in 2006 and since then has become one of the leading and most trusted accounting software providers in New Zealand and Australia. Xero has been used by thousands of businesses, who have only good things to say about it.
Notion is an online graphic design software, which helps anyone with their design needs. It’s a useful top for business owners, editors, marketers, and freelancers. Notion also offers a number of templates for different types of designs. social media ads, infographics, logo templates, etc.
One of the biggest advantages of having both programs integrated is that all your files can be accessed from one dashboard. Notion will allow Xero users to access their designs quickly and easily from anywhere and any device – a huge advantage for those who work on the go. However, there are some limitations to this integration. for instance, it’s impossible to edit or add new text boxes in Notion after you’ve created them in Xero. Similarly, if you delete a text box in Notion, it will be deleted in Xero too. This can be confusing for users – they often have no idea why a particular element in their design was deleted when they didn’t mean to do so. It would be better if the integration between the two programs worked more like Dropbox – users could edit the text boxes without affecting the file in Xero.
Another disadvantage of integrating Xero and Notion together is that you cannot access the top menu bar in Notion while using it through Xero (the menu bar can be accessed only when you launch Notion from your computer. You can, however, access the menu bar by switching to desktop mode. This can be quite confusing because it’s not obvious how to access the menu bar at first glance. More experienced users are familiar with how to navigate through the program, but new users might find it very frustrating to not know how to do something as simple as accessing a menu bar!
There are several advantages of having Xero and Notion integrated together. The first is that you can access your designs in a single place. For example, if you have created a brochure, you can access it through Xero or Notion without having to remember which platform you saved it on. Additionally, it’s easy to schedule social media posts directly from within Xero or Notion. Furthermore, it offers you more flexibility when working with your design files. If you want to make changes to your file, you can do so quickly without having to save it again or remembering where you saved it last time. This can save you a significant amount of time if you’re working on large projects that require multiple edits. Finally, if you want to share your design files with a client or anyone else who hasn’t signed up for either Xero or Notion, they will still be able to view and download your files if they know the link to access it.
