Fplow Up Boss is a software that helps you to manage your team, projects, time and fplow ups. In this article you can learn how to integrate Xero and Fplow Up Boss.
It is possible to integrate Xero and Fplow Up Boss. To do this you need to download Zapier app for Xero. You can do this in the fplowing way:
Go to https://zapier.com/xero/zapbook/installation-guide/ and click on “Connect” button in the box with the title “Connect with your account”. After that you will be redirected to the page with a box of code. Copy the code from the box and paste it into your browser’s address bar. On the next page you will see a list of apps. Find Fplow Up Boss in the list and click on it. Then you will see an option “Switch to Use API Keys”. Click on the checkbox with the title “Switch to Use API Keys” and click on “Save Changes” button. Now you have to log in into your Fplow Up Boss account. After that go back to the page with a box of code. Copy the API key from the box and paste it into your browser’s address bar After that you will be redirected to your Fplow Up Boss account, where you will see a pop-up window that asks you to enter a token code. Enter the token code and click on “Create Token” button. On the next page, click on “Test Connection” button and wait until the test result appears (it should be marked as green. After that you can log out from your Fplow Up Boss account and return to the page of code. Copy the token code from the box and paste it into your browser’s address bar. After that you will be redirected to your Fplow Up Boss account, where you will see a pop-up window that asks you to enter a connection name for Xero – fplowUpBossXero. Click on “Generate New Keyword” button. Then you will see a list of options for fplowUpBossXero connection name – you can choose any one of them, but I recommend choosing “ZAPIER_fplowUpBossXero_CONNECTION_NAME” option. Click on “Create Keyword” button. After that you will be redirected to your Fplow Up Boss account, where you will see a message saying that you have successfully connected Fplow Up Boss and Xero. Now go back to your Zapier account and go to Connected Apps section (you can find it on the left panel. You will see fplowUpBossXero in the list – click on it. On the next page you will see 3 different options for fplowUpBossXero connection name – ZAPIER_fplowUpBossXero_CONNECTION_NAME_1, ZAPIER_fplowUpBossXero_CONNECTION_NAME_2 and ZAPIER_fplowUpBossXero_CONNECTION_NAME_3 (in this example ZAPIER_fplowUpBossXero_CONNECTION_NAME_1 was chosen. If you scrpl down on the same page you will see a list of available tasks for fplowUpBossXero connection name – Zapier_fplowUpBossXero, Zapier_fplowUpBossXero_{TaskName}, Zapier_fplowUpBossXero_{Source}_{TaskName} or Zapier_fplowUpBossXero_{TaskName}_{Source}.
