By integrating WordPress and Zoho CRM, we are able to create more attractive and functional websites and blogs for our clients who need more than just blogs. In this case study, we will discuss how we integrated WordPress with Zoho CRM to create a more powerful website for our client in order to increase their sales without increasing their budget.
We integrated WordPress with Zoho CRM by creating different pages on WordPress for various departments and campaigns. This way, we will be able to add different menu items to these pages so that they will be easier for the customers to navigate around the website and find what they are looking for. As we know that every department has different needs so we have created separate pages for each department in order to allow the customers to visit those pages directly when they want to find out more information about the relevant department or campaign without having to search through all the other pages on the website in order to find them.
For example, we have created a separate page for each department such as sales, marketing, pay per click (PPC), etc. Each of these pages contains links that lead to other pages that are relevant to that department such as leads, opportunities, reports, etc. We also have created a separate page for each campaign such as “Summer Sales”, “Summer Promotions”, etc. Each of these pages contains links that lead to relevant pages such as product descriptions, pricing information, etc.
