  • Create an empty file named “answer_key_1” in the root directory of your website’s document root (i.e., the directory containing your main index.php file. Replace “1” with the number of questions you have on your quiz (e.g., “answer_key_2” for the second question, etc.. If there are no correct answers, you can create an empty file with no file extension (i.e., “answer_key”. Alternatively, you can create a file with one incorrect answer or no answer at all (i.e., “answer_key_1”. See this article for more information on how to set up multiple correct answers for each question on your quiz.
  • Open your site in an FTP client or file browser and navigate to the “wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wpquizmaker/quizzes” directory in your website’s directory structure (i.e., wp-content > plugins > wpquizmaker > quizzes. Upload “answer_key_1” into this directory and rename it either “answer_key” or “answer_key_1” depending on whether you only want one correct answer or multiple correct answers (e.g., “answer_key_2” for the second question, etc..
  • Go to your website’s administration panel and click on Plugins > Installed Plugins to view all of the plugins installed on your website on the Plugins page (if you do not see any plugins listed, this means that you need to first activate the Quiz Maker plugin on the Plugins page first before proceeding.
