Woodpecker.co is a web service where people and businesses can learn about, plan, organize and send events. Woodpecker.co also has the ability to manage event attendees and the ability to manage an event's agenda. Typeform is a company that specializes in online forms. People can use Typeform to create an online form and cplect responses from users of the form. Woodpecker.co and Typeform have integrated together so that Woodpecker.co customers can use Typeform to create and manage their event's signups and agendas.
Woodpecker.co customers can now use Typeform to create their event's signups and agendas for free. Woodpecker.co customers can create a Typeform online form right on their Woodpecker.co account. To get started, customers simply go to "Manage My Event" and click on "Create a Typeform". Once they click on "Create a Typeform", they will be taken to a new screen where they are given the option to customize their Typeform form or they can choose from pre-made templates. If they select "Customize", they will be taken to a screen where they can customize their Typeform form by adding questions, changing the appearance of the form, adding images, and more. Once they are done creating their form, they can add questions to it. For example, if they are planning an event for their employees, they can add questions like "your name?" or "What do you want for lunch?" Once created, all the event registrants will see this Typeform form when they first join the event. The registrant will then be able to fill out their form with their responses before registering for the event. Once submitted, their information will be stored in Woodpecker.co so that the customer can keep track of all the registrants for the event in one place. Finally, once the customer is ready to add an agenda to their event, they simply click on "Add Agenda" and they will be taken to a screen where they can choose which Typeform questions they want to include in their agenda. After choosing their questions, they then have the option to either schedule meetings based on time or based on number of registrants. The customer will have the option to email out their meeting agenda as well as access it online at any time.
