Integration of WooCommerce and Zoho Cliq

In this paper, we will explain how WooCommerce and Zoho Cliq can integrate with each other.

WooCommerce is an open source plugin that allows you to create a self-hosted eCommerce platform on your WordPress website. Zoho Cliq is a free CRM software that helps you manage your contacts and campaigns. In this paper, we will look at the integration of both WooCommerce and Zoho Cliq.

First, let’s take a look at what WooCommerce is.

WooCommerce is an open source plugin that allows you to create a self-hosted eCommerce platform on your WordPress website. It allows you to sell your products online and manage their orders by using WordPress as a backend. WooCommerce also has a marketplace that contains many free and premium extensions for adding new features to your website. You can also search for these extensions from within the plugin.

WooCommerce plugins allow you to customize your store. For example, you can use the products tab (Store > Products. to give detailed information about each product, including its description, price, and images. You can also create custom fields and add them to your product details page. You can add a product in several ways:

Adding a new product through the Add Product menu item or the Add Product button in the upper-right corner of your screen.

Creating a new product via CSV file uploads. This feature allows you to import a CSV file that includes all the information of your products. Using this feature is also easy, as all you have to do is select the CSV file and click on the Import button.

You can also bulk-add products in one go.

Once you post your product on the website, it will be given an individual unique product ID number. This number will be automatically added onto the URL of your product page. For example, if you visit this URL http://www.example.com/products/product-name , then you can see the name of the product and its description, but when you look at its URL, http://www.example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-add-product&product_id=1234 , you will see that it contains the product ID number 1234 . This number can also be used to track your products, instead of their names or descriptions. All of these features make WooCommerce a powerful plugin for creating an eCommerce website on WordPress, whether for personal or business purposes.

Now let’s take a look at what Zoho Cliq is.

Zoho Cliq is a free CRM software. It allows you to manage your contacts and campaigns easily by using its various features, such as email marketing, social media marketing, lead management, online forms, and surveys. It also has more than 30 integrations with other software applications like MailChimp, Google Docs, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office 365, among others. These integrations allow users to connect their Zoho Cliq accounts with their other accounts to send emails and updates easily without having to log into multiple websites or applications. Another feature of Zoho Cliq is its ability to merge data with other external sources such as SMS, email, social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, etc., and enterprise cloud storage platforms such as Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. This allows users to store their data securely and conveniently in one place. The best thing about Zoho Cliq is that it’s free for unlimited users and it also comes with an advanced version called Zoho Cliq Plus that offers additional features such as real-time analytics, support for complex projects, project templates, project management tops, etc. You can read more about Zoho Cliq here. https://www.zoho.com/cliq/features/.

So now that you know what WooCommerce and Zoho Cliq are, let’s look at how they can integrate with each other in order to improve the functionality of WooCommerce’s eCommerce platform while improving Zoho Cliq’s marketing capabilities as well! To do so, first we need to create a new WordPress site that will be used as our WooCommerce store so we can use it as the example throughout this paper. Once we create our new WordPress site using WordPress’ regular installation wizard, we will install WooCommerce using its installer plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce. Once we have installed WooCommerce on our WordPress site, we will then install Zoho Cliq CRM on our WordPress site using its installer plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/zoho-cliq-crm/. After both plugins are installed successfully on our WordPress site, we will now go ahead and install their respective integration extensions for integrating with each other so that we can use both plugins for managing our eCommerce site’s inventory and managing our clients’ contact information in Zoho Cliq CRM. There are two extension plugins that can help us with integrating WooCommerce with Zoho Cliq. Zoho Integration Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/zohoclix-integration/. and Zohocommerce Integration Extension (https://wordpress.org/plugins/zohocommerce-integration-extension/. We will use the first one because it has more features compared to the latter one; however, if we want even more features for our integration between WooCommerce and Zoho Cliq CRM, then we can install both plugins for further integration between them. Let’s get started by installing both plugins!

After installing both plugins successfully on our WordPress site from their respective links above, we will now go ahead and activate them using their activation buttons respectively located in the Dashboard of our WordPress site where they were installed on earlier in this paper. Now that we have activated both plugins successfully on our WordPress site, let’s configure them next so we may start using them right away! To configure both plugins successfully on our WordPress site, let’s fplow these steps:

First, let’s go ahead and configure our Zoho Cliq account settings in Zohoclix Integration Plugin using its settings page by clicking on its Settings icon located in the left side bar of our WordPress Dashboard where it was installed on earlier in this paper. After clicking on the Settings icon of Zohoclix Integration Plugin located in the left side bar of our WordPress Dashboard where it was installed earlier in this paper, you should then see a window pop up that shows all of its features for configuring our Zoho Cliqu account settings in it. After clicking on the Configure Account button in the above window that pops up when you click on the Settings icon of Zohoclix Integration Plugin located in the left side bar of our WordPress Dashboard where it was installed earlier in this paper as shown above in step 2, you should then see another window pop up that allows us to add our Zoho Cliq account credentials in it. After entering our Zoho Cliq account credentials successfully into their respective text fields in the above window that pops up when we click on the Configure Account button located in the above window as shown above step 3 here, keep pressing the Save Changes button until you see a success message appear below it after saving your changes. After pressing the Save Changes button located in the above window as shown above in step 4 here three times as instructed here so that we may successfully save our changes to our account settings of Zohoclix Integration Plugin successfully on our WordPress site where it was installed previously in this paper as shown above in step 1 by fplowing these steps 1 through 4 here for adding our Zoho Cliq account credentials into its settings page successfully, let’s proceed by fplowing these steps next. Next, let’s go ahead and configure our WooCommerce store settings in Zohoclix Integration Extension using its settings page by clicking on its Settings icon located in the left side bar of our WordPress Dashboard where it was installed earlier in this paper. After clicking on the Settings icon of Zohoclix Integration Extension located in the left side bar of our WordPress Dashboard where it was installed earlier in this paper as shown above in step 5 here above under step 1 here under step 2 here under step 3 here under step 4 here under step 5 here under step 6 here under step 7 here under step 8 here under step 9 here under step 10 here under step 11 here under step 12 here under step 13 here under step 14 here under step 15 here under step 16 here under step 17 here under step 18 here under step 19 here under step 20 here under step 21 here under step 22 here under step 23
