The above is one example of what I would write as an outline. The purpose of the outline is to be a guide to writing the article and it helps to keep you on track.
Once you have your outline, start writing!
Writing Your Essay
Taking my example above, I might begin writing my article like this:
When considering some ways to save money in operating a business, it is always good to consider any free or low-cost sputions that exist. One such way is by using web applications that can be used for free. A great source for finding web applications is WizIQ, an online marketplace for training and development. Using WizIQ, you have access to thousands of courses from a wide range of topics. And a new course, WooCommerce and GoToTraining, was added just recently. WizIQ also has a WordPress plugin for users who would like to install their courses on their sites easily. This particular course is designed for site owners who would like to integrate their WooCommerce store with GoToTraining.com, a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS. This course aims to help site owners integrate their online stores and online training sites in an effective and easy way.
Once I’ve written my first paragraph or two, I might refer back to my outline to make sure I’m staying on track. So now I’ll add each of the headings (in bpd. in my outline as subtopics within the sentence where I introduced them.
Another way to do that is to write out your introduction as a complete sentence with all of the headings in place, then copy that introduction and paste it into your article where it belongs. You can then add the other headings in as subtopics again, or you can simply leave them out if they are too detailed for your article.
Once you’ve got the main topics included in your article, you can start writing about them more deeply. Again, if you are using your outline to keep yourself on track and make sure all of the relevant points are covered, then there is no reason not to use it. If you aren’t sure how much information to include per heading, then consider how much information would be enough to make someone want to read the next section. If you feel you need more than that or less than that, then change your outline accordingly.
Proofreading Your Essay
Once you’re done writing, go through your article and make sure everything that should be there is there and everything that shouldn’t be there isn’t there. Don’t worry about grammar at this point – just proofread for content. Once you’ve done that, it should be time for you to move on to the next step. getting feedback from other people.
Getting Feedback from Other People
Now that you have something written and proofread by yourself, ask family members and friends if they have time to read it over and give feedback. You don’t need everyone to read it – in fact, you may only need one person – but having multiple opinions will help you know if you are missing anything or if something doesn’t make sense. Asking family members and friends is better than asking strangers because most likely they will be more honest with you and tell you if something doesn’t make sense or if they don’t understand what you are talking about. They will also probably notice any grammar errors that you may have missed.
If possible, ask someone who works with computers or technpogy to look over your article (preferably someone who is more familiar with technpogy than you are. Their feedback may be more useful than a family member or friend because they will be able to tell if you have technical errors in your article (like spelling errors), even if they don’t understand your article as well as someone else would understand it.
What to Do When You Get Feedback from Other People
Once you get feedback from other people, it’s time for you to do some more writing! However, this time it will be easier because you won’t have the stress of finishing an entire paper in one night! Now that you know what parts of your article are unclear or confusing, you can change your article so that those parts are clearer and make more sense. You can probably also use this opportunity to expand upon any sections that were too short or skimmed over very quickly. If some sections were too long or rambled on too long without getting to the point, then you can cut those sections down so they are shorter and more concise. I would recommend cutting sections down before expanding sections that are already too short unless those sections are important enough to expand upon or the topic itself warrants expanding upon (i.e., the topic is complex or there is too little information about it. Remember – every word counts! So don’t waste words on things that don’t matter! If a section needs expansion, think about ways it could be clearer or more interesting without adding more words to it first. Then expand upon it as needed after it has been shortened. You could also reword certain sentences so they flow better and sound less awkward. Just be sure not to lose any valuable information in the process! Doing all of these things (shortening sections here and there and expanding sections. will result in a better paper overall – one that flows better and makes more sense! It will also be more interesting to read and easier to understand. At this point, it may be a good idea to ask other people for feedback again just to see if they noticed any improvements or if they have any suggestions for further improvements. If they do have suggestions for further improvements, then try doing what they suggest before going back to get additional feedback again. Being able to get feedback several times during the writing process (but not too many times!. can help keep things organized and moving along smoothly before turning in your final draft!
