  • Open WHMCS, go to Settings > General Settings > API Key > Create API Key, then enter a name for the API key (for example. AppyPie Chatbot API key), then paste the API key you copied before into this text box. Click Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. Now you have added the API key to WHMCS successfully.
    • Use Email Notifications to integrate Appy Pie Chatbot with WHMCS via email messages. The steps include:

  • Log in to WHMCS and go to Settings > General Settings > Email Notifications > Send Notification after Order Created. Copy the API key you created above into this field. Check “Send Notification” if you want to turn on the notification feature, then click Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. Now you have added the API key to WHMCS successfully.
  • Log in to Appy Pie Chatbot and go to Settings > Messenger Integrations > Email Notifications. Turn “On” the “Enable Email Notifications” switch, then paste the API key you created above into this field. Select “Send Notification after Order Created” if you want to enable this feature, then check “Use Default From Address” if you want to use the default From address or “Use Custom From Address” if you want to use another From address, then click Save button at the bottom of the page. Now you have added the API key to Appy Pie Chatbot successfully.
