The integration allows users to simply log into their accounts on WHMCS, sign the document all through the Adobe Sign app, and then save it back to their WHMCS account. So, no more having to use multiple applications or download PDFs. The customer can simply get the document emailed to them or have it available for viewing right within the Adobe Sign app. The integration allows customers to not only sign the document, but also add comments directly on the document. This can be extremely helpful when tracking different versions of a contract or agreement. Customers will be able to go back into the document anytime they want to view any comments that have been added or to see if changes have been made or approved. Instead of having to click on a link in an email, customers can choose which way they want to sign an agreement. For example, if the customer would like to review the document before signing, they can do so by selecting “Review Document” in the top menu bar within the Adobe Sign app. If they are ready to sign, they can select “Sign Document” instead. The integration allows customers to be notified about what is happening with their signed documents in real time. This means that customers will know exactly when someone else has signed an agreement or made changes to it. It also means that customers will know when they need to re-sign the document in order for it to be legally binding. When documents are sent out for signature, they are automatically pushed into WHMCS, so there is no need to double check that they were sent out correctly. When documents are returned, WHMCS automatically notifies users when this happens so that they can take action if necessary. Once documents are saved back into WHMCS, they will show up in all of the systems that were used previously whenever they were used in the past. This means that integrations with other systems will still work perfectly.
