There are two ways to integrate Webflow and OpsGenie:
This method uses OpsGenie’s API directly, but it requires some technical know-how such as Python or Ruby (for Rails. If you don’t have the time or skills to use this method, please contact us instead. We can help you set up your integration.
To get started, you need to get an API key from OpsGenie. Open the API key page and click “Create new API key”. Once you click “Create”, you will see an API key generated on the same page. Keep this key safe because this key will be used to connect your Webflow account with OpsGenie. Please note that if you change your API key, you will need to reconnect your accounts. You can delete your existing API key by clicking “Delete current API key”. You can also add more than one API keys if you need to connect multiple accounts. To delete an pd API key and add a new one, just click “Add New API Key”.
Please fplow the steps below to set up your integration:
Go to Settings > Integrations > Add Integration > OpsGenie . Select the project where you want to integrate OpsGenie. Fill in the fplowing information about your project. Project title . The name of your project. This will appear on webhooks sent by OpsGenie.

SMTP Settings . If you choose Email integration, here you will configure SMTP settings for sending email notifications (e.g., Mail Server , Port , SSL . For this example, we will leave these values as is because we are using OAuth Credentials . Notification Template . Specify the template that you want to use for forms for this project. We will show you how to customize the form later in this document. Advanced Settings . If you want to customize other options for this integration, you can specify them here. Make sure to click Save Changes once you are done configuring all of your settings so that your integration can be saved properly.
If you are not comfortable with using OpsGenie’s API directly, there is another alternative method that uses Webflow’s own REST API directly without authentication. This method requires less technical know-how compared with using OpsGenie’s API directly since the integration only uses standard HTTP requests without authentication process at all. However, this method has some limitations since it only allows sending notifications to OpsGenie but not getting any information from OpsGenie itself or setting up auto-remediation actions between Webflow and OpsGenie automatically. If you want to learn more about this method, please refer to Webflow’s documentation here. https://docs.webflow.com/articles/integration#webhook-notification-api
