Wealthbox CRM has an integration of Zoho Mail which allows you to send customized emails to your customers, leads and prospects. You can easily integrate your Zoho Mail account with Wealthbox CRM by simply entering your login credentials in the configuration module.

After integrating Zoho Mail with Wealthbox CRM, you will be able to send personalized emails to your customers, leads and prospects. To send the email campaign, you need to create an email campaign in Zoho Mail. You can create an email campaign by logging in to your Zoho Mail account and clicking ‘Create Campaign’ button. After creating the campaign, you will see all the fields in order to enter details about your campaign in Zoho Mail.

You can customize the subject line, email body, message content, time of sending the email, attachments or any other details for each email in Wealthbox CRM. If you want to add attachments in your email campaign in Wealthbox CRM, you need to connect your Zoho Mail account with Wealthbox CRM. After connecting Zoho Mail with Wealthbox CRM, you will be able to add attachments in your email campaign. You can add multiple attachments in your email campaign by adding the same attachment multiple times in the ‘Attachments’ section.

You can also customize the template of the email by using the ‘Template Designer’ option. You can use the existing templates in Zoho Mail or click on ‘View Templates’ button to create a new template or edit an existing template. You can also select different fonts, cpors or background images for each email in your campaign. There are various options for formatting emails which include paragraph spacing, font size, font type, etc. Finally, you can choose when the email will be sent by selecting the time interval between sending each email in your campaign. · You can create multiple campaigns and add multiple emails under each campaign in Wealthbox CRM to send personalized emails to your customers, leads and prospects every day or at certain intervals. If you want to send three emails daily to your customers, leads and prospects then you need to create three campaigns in Wealthbox CRM, add three emails under each campaign and set up a time interval between each campaign to send three emails daily.

· You can add subscribers for each campaign to target them easily with personalized marketing emails. For example. If you want to send personalized marketing emails to 1 million customers then you need to add 1 million subscribers to each campaign and set up a time interval between each campaign to send three emails daily.

· You can also add attachments along with each email in your campaign. Attachments can be added only if you connect your Zoho Mail account with Wealthbox CRM. You can add multiple attachments for each email in your campaign by adding the same attachment multiple times in the ‘Attachments’ section. For example. If you want to add 5 PDF attachments along with each email then you need to add 5 attachments for each email multiple times under the ‘Attachments’ section in Wealthbox CRM dashboard.

· You can also add a tracking code for each email in your campaign so that you can track how many people have opened each email or clicked on any link in the email. Tracking code will be added automatically in all the customized emails when you connect Zoho Mail with Wealthbox CRM. For example. If you want to add tracking code for each email along with 5 PDF attachments then you need to add 5 tracking codes for each email multiple times under the ‘Settings’ section in Zoho Mail platform.

· You can also add links in your customized emails so that people can easily open a specific link within a single email instead of opening a separate tab or browser window for opening a link in a website which will save their time and effort. For example. If you want to add a link for a website ‘www.example/com’ then you need to add a link in the “Link Code” field within the ‘URLs’ section under the “Email Template” section in Zoho Mail platform. In this case, when people click on this link then they will be redirected directly into example/com site from their mailbox without opening a new tab or window from their mailbox itself which saves their time and effort because they don’t need to browse through different tabs or windows on their browser screen for this purpose.

· You can also set up an expiration date for your custom mail template or link so that it will expire after a specified date (for example. after 7 days. After setting up an expiration date for any link or mail template, make sure that you delete this custom template after expiry of its date otherwise it will not display any error message but people won’t be able access it on their mailbox even if they click on this link because it will redirect them back on your website due to expiration of its date which will not be good for your business purpose. For example. If you want any link or mail template for any specific period of time then set up its expiration date according to that duration under the ‘Expiration Date’ section within ‘Settings’ section of Zoho Mail platform.

· All the saved templates will be displayed under the ‘Templates’ tab on Wealthbox CRM dashboard so that you can easily select any template among them for sending personalized marketing emails to your customers, leads and prospects without creating an email campaign again and again especially when you are sending bulk emails or scheduled mails at regular intervals or any specific period of time on regular basis.
