Wealthbox CRM
Wealthbox CRM is a cloud-based platform that will help its users to manage their sales process, contacts and appointments. It includes contact management, marketing automation tops, goal tracking, reporting functionality and more. However, the main feature of this software is automating your sales process. You can create automated email campaigns for each stage of the sales process. Also, you can create automated tasks for each step in the process. For example, when leads are qualified they will be sent to an email campaign. Then, after the leads are contacted they will be moved to another email campaign with different messaging. The key benefit of using this software is automating your sales process. We'll talk about it later in the article.
Salesmate.io
Salesmate is a CRM system that integrates with Wealthbox CRM. It allows you to integrate your leads and contacts with Wealthbox CRM. When you connect your leads and contacts with Salesmate they will be added directly to your Wealthbox account. That means you won't have to move your leads or contacts back and forth between different platform. You'll be able to work with them in one place - in your Wealthbox CRM account. Also, Salesmate also provides you with many other features. For example, you'll be able to track your activity on social media channels like Twitter, Linkedin or Facebook. You'll be able to set up drip marketing campaigns based on Facebook fans or fplowers on Twitter. You can also use Marketing Automation Platform in order to create email campaigns in Salesmate. I'll talk about these features in the next section of this article.
Integration of Wealthbox CRM and Salesmate.io
In order to integrate Wealthbox CRM and Salesmate you need to go to Settings - Integrations. In this page, you will see a list of applications you can integrate with Wealthbox CRM. In this list, you will find Salesmate application. Just click on it and then click on Connect Now button. After that, you will have to enter your salesmate API key which you can find here. https://app.salesmate.io/signup/ Copy the API key and enter it into Salesmate integration form on Wealthbox CRM site. Now you're ready to use both CRMs simultaneously. First thing you should do is connect Salesmate with Wealthbox CRM under Settings -> Integrations -> Salesmate -> Connect now. After that, you need to connect Salesmate with your social media accounts including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook as well as other applications such as SurveyMonkey and MailChimp. Don't worry if everything isn't obvious at first sight because Salesmate has a very intuitive interface and it's easy to understand how everything works by playing around with it for a few minutes.
