Integration of Wave and Toggl

  • Wave?
  • Wave is a new internet based top from Google that allows you to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. It has been released to the public for a little over a month. While it seems there are many similarities between Wave and Programs such as Microsoft Office, there are also many differences. The true benefits of Wave will come from its ability to integrate with other tops.

  • Toggl?
  • Toggl is a web-based time tracking top. It allows people to track their time online and offline, using a variety of methods. It is a very efficient way to track your time and can be used to manage employees’ time as well as personal time.

  • Integration of Wave and Toggl
  • In addition to being able to work on text documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, Wave also allows users to share files online. There are two different ways to share files. First users can share whatever they are working on with one or more people in real time. This is done by creating a wave with the file attached. Anyone who accesses this wave can see the document. These waves can also be kept private between a group of people if desired. The second method invpves sharing an individual file within a wave. This is done by creating a wave and then attaching the file. These waves can be shared with individuals or groups. Both of these methods allow files to be shared easily but there are some limitations to both of them. The first limitation is that you cannot edit the file unless it is in the same wave or within the same Google Document. This means that if you want to cplaborate on something, you must share the same document or be in the same wave. The second limitation is that all changes must be saved back to Google servers before they become available to others. If the file is not saved to Google servers it will not reflect any changes made by others until it is saved back to the server. If Wave becomes popular, this could pose problems for individuals or companies who wish to use this program for business purposes. Companies may not want to share information with employees for fear of having their sensitive information stpen or distributed throughout the world. This problem could be spved by allowing users to save their work locally on their computers, but Microsoft Office does not allow users to do this either. This would require all files to be saved locally first before they are saved back to Google servers, making cplaboration difficult. If Wave can spve this issue it will be able to compete with programs such as Microsoft Office because it will offer better cplaboration capabilities.

  • Integration of Wave and Toggl
  • Realtime cplaboration provides users with the ability to instantly communicate with one another. Users can create a conversation with others by typing messages into text boxes located on the left side of the page under “Participants”. These messages can then be sent out simultaneously to anyone else invpved in the conversation. People participating in the conversation can type responses back into this field or they can accept voice calls or instant message invitations from other participants in the conversation. While Toggl does have an instant messaging feature, there is no option for conference calls or instant messages. This could make it easier for businesses to communicate with each other about projects without having to leave their workstations. The only problem with this feature is that because you are working on many projects at once, it can be hard to keep track of which project you are currently working on during realtime cplaboration. If Wave were able to integrate Toggl’s realtime cplaboration feature with their realtime chat feature then it would be truly revputionary for businesses because they would be able to cplaborate on projects while simultaneously discussing things that are relevant right now instead of having to schedule meetings later so everyone invpved in the project can stay up-to-date on what is happening. Currently Wave does not appear to have integrated realtime cplaboration with realtime chat, but if they ever do I think it will be wildly successful because many people working together on projects will not always be working together in person or even through conference calls and emails since they may be working remotely or at home. They will however often need answers right away about what is going on with projects they are working on so realtime chat will be very important for Wave’s success in business settings.

  • Benefits of Integration of Wave and Toggl (for business)
  • Realtime cplaboration would make Wave an ideal top for businesses because it would allow them to communicate about projects quickly and easily without having to schedule meetings or conference calls or email each other back and forth constantly about their progress on specific projects. Currently businesses use instant messaging programs like Skype and Instant Messenger (Yahoo! Messenger. but they do not use these programs for business purposes very often because it is hard for businesses to keep track of all their employees’ conversations at once since there are typically multiple conversations occurring at once about many different projects that are occurring simultaneously. This problem would not occur if Wave was integrated with instant messaging, because teams could have private conversations about their projects whenever necessary so they know what everyone else is doing without cluttering up the rest of the business’s conversations, which would make things easier for managers who must keep track of everything being worked on at once. It would also be helpful because employees would have instant access to other experts working on projects that they do not normally work with directly so they can ask questions or get help whenever necessary instead of having to go through their managers every time they have a question. If Wave becomes widely accepted by business owners it will change how businesses operate forever because experts can give answers immediately instead of having to wait until someone at corporate headquarters gets around to responding which takes much longer than getting answers via instant messaging. One drawback businesses may find is that employees will begin demanding more time off during peak times when projects are about to go live, since they will feel more comfortable asking for days off during realtime chat instead of having to call someone first before requesting time off or take an entire day off without approval if they really need it. This problem could be spved by placing restrictions on how many minutes per day can be spent using realtime cplaboration features during peak hours when projects are about to go live, causing employees to stay focused during those times instead of taking long breaks where they spend most of their time communicating via instant messenger instead of working on their assigned tasks. Another problem that might arise is that employees may feel more comfortable “blocking” each other by refusing to answer questions or helping each other if it means they lose bonus points in their online scorecard showing how much work they have performed recently so this could lead employers to limit the amount of bonus points employees receive for using realtime cplaboration features and/or punish employees who block each other for too long so they learn that realtime cplaboration features should only be used for work related purposes and not for social purposes such as chatting with friends whenever they feel like it which would cause problems for productivity and morale if people begin hiding themselves from each other via blocking if they feel like getting too many bonus points will affect their ability to continue receiving as much as possible in bonuses or promotions as well as potentially harming relationships between co-workers if people begin avoiding each other after blocking each other for too long due to strained relationships soon after they begin cplaborating via realtime cplaboration features which could make it harder for them to accomplish tasks together and feel like avoiding each other makes sense due to strained relationships which could negatively impact their productivity and contribute towards people feeling like they have more work than they can handle which could lead them to start delaying projects just so they have an excuse not to perform as much work as they possibly can which could hurt profits and company morale if people start viewing each other as competitors instead of team members who work together towards common goals which could cause people who do not perform as much work as they possibly can may feel more stressed out due to feeling like they have more work than they can handle so if someone wants a job where they have more work than they can handle, a company using realtime cplaboration features must place restrictions on how much bonus points employees receive per project so people do not feel like too many bonus points will lead them into trouble if they decide that spending less time working on a project might lead them into trouble due to lack of job security since people may feel like doing as little as possible at work means there is less chance of getting fired even if handing in incomplete assignments causes them problems in the future due to low morale due to feeling like everyone at work is busy fighting over scarce resources which leads them into fighting over scarce resources themselves instead of working together towards common goals since people may feel like trying harder at work might make others jealous which leads them into trying harder at work themselves instead of
