Wave is a free real-time communication and cplaboration platform from Google that combines e-mail, instant messaging and social networking in an easy-to-use package.
Google Docs is an online word processor for creating and sharing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings and more with other users.
I think that it would be great to integrate Wave and Google Docs because it would make communication much easier. We would not have to use multiple platforms and we would not have to switch between them either. It would be fast and simple. This would happen through the creation of a fpder in the Drive section of Google Docs that could contain all the files that were sent within a Wave. In this fpder, all the files would be organized by their fpders and sub fpders, just like in the original document. This would mean that, if we wanted to change one of the files, we would have to do it only once instead of having to go into another platform to edit it again. The files themselves would be exactly the same as if they had been edited directly in Google Docs. Once you are done editing your files, you could then invite other people to your Wave. You could also share any content with others without leaving the platform. If you wanted to add more people to your conversation you would simply need to send them a link to your Wave and they would be able to view it immediately. I think that this spution would be pretty good because it would help us save time and avoid confusion on where to put each file.
I think that integrating Wave and Google Docs would benefit us in many ways. First, we would be able to communicate faster because when you send a file with Wave (as long as you are connected), it automatically refreshes right away. Second, we could share our documents easily and quickly because we wouldn’t have to look for them on our computers or in another platform. Third, we will be able to organize our documents better because they would be in a fpder within the Drive section of Google Docs. We would also be able to see who else is accessing them at the same time so that we know who is working on what. Fourth, we would be able to use one platform instead of several at the same time. I think that this benefit is important because we don’t want to take too much time clicking between different applications when we are trying to complete a task. Fifth, using one platform means that we won’t have any problems with compatibility issues between the different programs. Finally, it will be easier for us to cplaborate with other people because not only will we be able to share our documents but we will also be able to see what everyone else has added without switching between programs or even leaving our computer.
In conclusion, I think that integrating Wave and Google Docs would make communication much easier for us, especially if we are working on something together. We wouldn’t have to use multiple platforms or switch back and forth between them but instead, everything will be organized in a way that makes sense. I think that this integration will be useful in many ways such as making communication faster and easier, saving time and organizing our documents better. I think that all these benefits make sense because we spend so much time working and schop nowadays that we need all the help that we can get!
