Vtiger is a web-based application designed to manage client relations, manage and track projects, send automatic reminders and emails to clients, and manage contacts. It is also an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning. software which helps in managing the project efficiently.
Vtiger helps in automating many email sending tasks from within the CMS rather than having the email sent from outside. It also makes the email templates, instead of typing the same email manually each time, which saves a lot of time and effort, and allows for a more personalized and customized approach to correspondence.

nozbe is a simple but powerful cloud-based mobile task management system available on all mobile devices and PCs. nozbe is easy to use, yet it’s powerful enough to manage large teams and complex projects. Unlike traditional task managers, nozbe enables you to create tasks with due dates and share them with your team members. 2.1 Integration of Vtiger and nozbe
In this section, I will analyze the integration of the two applications Vtiger and nozbe. I will explain how they are integrated together while highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of this integration.
2.1.1 Integration of Vtiger and nozbe using Celery Task Queues
The integration of these two applications is done using Celery Task Queues which provide a simple interface to process data asynchronously in large distributed systems. Celery is an asynchronous task queue/job queue based on distributed message passing. It is focused on real-time operation, but supports scheduling as well. Celery is written in Python, but the protocp can be implemented in any language / platform. The Celery community maintains bindings for many languages such as Python (2 and 3), Java, C#, Ruby, Lua and Go among others. Celery uses brokers to transfer messages between workers (also known as daemons. The broker can be any kind of network socket transport capable of sending messages between processes or threads. A few common examples include Redis (http://redis.io/), RabbitMQ (http://www.rabbitmq.com/), Beanstalkd (http://www.beanstalkd.org/. and SQS (https://aws.amazon.com/sqs/. All worker nodes start by connecting to one broker using TCP/IP sockets or another broker protocp implementation such as AMQP 0-9-1 (http://www.rabbitmq.com/amqp-0-9-1-specification.html), STOMP (http://stomp-specification.github.io/. or MQTT (http://mqtt.org/. The result is a distributed computing platform where many tasks can be executed in parallel by multiple worker nodes. In addition to being able to run tasks in parallel, Celery provides several other features such as support for task priorities, delays, task states (such as succeeded, failed or failed with errors. and more advanced task management features such as bundling of related tasks into transaction groups or setting up custom task dependencies based on task events.
