Vend is a highly popular and widely used online platform for selling and buying products. Vend is integrated with more than 20 payment gateways including PayPal, Authorize.Net, Amazon Web Services and Stripe. Vend offers a variety of features to its users such as the ability to create multiple stores, add different products in each store, set up product types, discounts, order handling (such as order cancellation, refund, etc.), shipping, taxes, inventory management and invoicing. Vend is very user friendly and allows you to set up your account in minutes. It also offers you the option to use your own domain name rather than using vend.com for the store name. In addition to that, it gives you the option to log in from any device (computer or mobile phone. and arrange various settings depending on the needs of your business. Vend also allows you to accept and manage multiple currencies in your business.
Zoho Sheet is a cloud-based online spreadsheet application that helps you perform tasks such as managing sales leads, creating invoices, and scheduling appointments. It has all the basic functions of an online spreadsheet application such as creating a new spreadsheet, adding rows and cpumns, inserting formulas, copying cells and data filtering for performing quick calculations. It also has additional features such as adding charts, editable charts and graphs, sorting and filtering data using filters, formatting cells and exporting data into other file formats like .csv, .xlsx, etc. Zoho Sheet also works on all major operating systems including Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. There is no restriction on the number of users who can work simultaneously on one spreadsheet. Google Drive integration is also available in Zoho Sheet.
In the next window that appears, provide a titleame for your product then click “Save” button given at bottom right corner of the screen. You will be directed to the page where you can fill all details required for adding a product (including product name, product description, image URL etc.. Once done, click “Save & Close” button given at bottom right corner of the screen. You will be directed back to the “Products” page where you will see all details filled for your newly added product (along with its thumbnail image. You can now click “Publish” button given at bottom left corner of the screen if you want to make this product visible from your online store or simply click “Cancel” button given at bottom right corner of the screen if you do not want to make this product visible from your online store yet!
Once you are done with adding a new product in your online store then click “Orders” tab from the menu bar at top right corner of the screen then choose “New Order” button below “New Orders” heading given at the center of the screen. In this window that appears, provide titleame for your new order(s. then click “Save” button given at bottom right corner of the screen! You will be directed to the page where you can fill all details required for adding an order (including order ID, buyer ID/email address, total amount paid etc.. Once done click “Save & Close” button given at bottom right corner of the screen! You will be directed back to the “Orders” page where you will see all details filled for your newly added order(s)! You can now click “Publish Order” button given at bottom left corner of the screen if you want to make this order visible from your online store or simply click “Cancel Order” button given at bottom right corner of the screen if you do not want to make this order visible from your online store yet!
Once you are done with adding a new order(s. in your online store then there are two ways through which you can import data into Zoho Sheet. either manually or automatically! In case you want to manually import data into Zoho Sheet then click “Listings” tab from menu bar at top right corner of the screen then choose “Listings” link given under “Listing Options” heading given at center of the screen! In this window that appears, select “Import Listing Data” tab given at bottom left corner of the screen! Next step is to enter API key/code provided by Zoho Sheet along with email address that you have used while signing up for Zoho Sheet account in the text boxes provided above “API Key” label given at left side of this window then click “Import Listing Data” button given below this text box! You will be directed back to Vend website where you will see a message saying “Import Successful!” message given below “Listing Options” heading given at center of this page! If there were any problems during importing process then these errors will be displayed as well! Next step is to click on “Export Orders” tab given at top left corner of this page then choose “Export Orders” link given under “Export Orders” heading given at center of this page! In this window that appears provide details like export format (csv or xls), date range (you may choose 7 days ago. then press “Go” button given below this text box! You will be directed back to Vend website where you will see a message saying “Export Successful!” message given below “Export Orders” heading given at center of
