Integration of uProc with Zoho Invoice is very easy with the help of Zapier. Both the systems are connected to Zapier through their APIs. The integration between them saves time and helps in automatic sending of invoices. The integration between uProc and Zoho Invoice can be done by fplowing some steps. First of all, you have to log in to your account on uProc and click on “Apps” button which will lead you to list of apps that are compatible with uProc. Click on “Zoho Invoice” app to view details about this app.
Now that you are on the app details page, select Zapier from the drop down menu available. On clicking on Zapier, you will be taken to the Zapier website where you will be asked to provide your credentials. Provide your credentials to log in to Zapier. Once you are logged in, create a new Zap based on your needs. Select uProc as your trigger app and Zoho Invoice as your action app. Now you can configure your Zap by adding more information according to your preferences. After you have configured the zap, click “Test” which will run your test zap. If everything works fine, then grab your Zoho Invoice API key and paste it here. Once you have pasted the API key, click on “Create Trigger”. After creating the trigger, you will be taken back to uProc where you can set up your outbound email settings. While setting up your outbound email settings, select “Send test email” which will send an email to the email address provided by you. The email will contain information about how the email was sent and what is the content of that email. You can check it out yourself or if you are satisfied then you can continue with the process. Now that everything has been set up, you can go ahead and click on “Save” button.
