This is a question that many people ask, even those who are familiar with the name of our company. uProc is a document management software that integrates into accounting software. In order to understand this, it is necessary to get acquainted with what uProc is and how it works. uProc is a document management software that can contrp all types of documents – from invoices to purchase orders. Employees have access to uProc and use it to create and fill out various documents. Accounts Payable employees use uProc for creating purchase orders and invoices, while Accounting department uses uProc for producing tax reports and financial statements.

First step is creating user accounts in Xero via the wizard. These accounts will be used for integration with Xero later on. You need to specify Xero credentials here (user ID and password. After the accounts have been created, you can select users who will have access to these accounts.

Login to uProc as a user whose account has been created in Xero and go to “Integration menu” -> “Xero link” -> “Link Accounts”. Here you need to find the Xero account that was created before in the wizard (Xero Credentials must be specified here. and select it. Click “Link Accounts” button and finish this step.
Step 2 – Enable the integration:
Login to Xero as a user whose account has been created in uProc (you can do it through the same wizard. and go to “Integration menu” -> “uProc link” -> “Enable Integration”. The wizard will display instructions how to enable integration – fplow them carefully! When done, you will be able to work with both systems simultaneously!
