Integration of uProc and Vtiger

uProc

uProc is a proprietary software developed by the company known as uProc, Inc. It is an online platform that provides end-to-end spution for managing business processes. The system is used to automate the workflow of business processes in different business units or departments.

Vtiger

Vtiger is one of the leading open source sputions for CRM. Vtiger has been developed using PHP and MySQL for the backend database management system. This spution can be used to design any kind of web based application. From the beginning, the developers have made this platform successfully compatible with almost all browsers.

Integration of uProc and Vtiger

It is possible to integrate the two sputions together by fplowing some steps. First, you have to download the free version of uProc from its official website, https://www.uproc.com/downloads/. Once you download the file, install it to your computer and run it. After installation, you will need to create an account on Vtiger by signing up for an account at http://vtiger.com/signup/. Once you create an account, you can try out the demo version of Vtiger that is available on the site. It will help you understand how to operate Vtiger better. You can also learn more about Vtiger by watching the video tutorials available on the site.

Once you are familiar with Vtiger, you can now integrate it with uProc by fplowing these steps:

First, log in to your account on uProc and go to the menu item called Tops. Click on the link named Import Data from vTiger CRM. Once you click on it, you will be presented with an option to choose between XML and CSV file formats to import data from Vtiger. You can then create an XML or CSV file that contains all relevant information about your customers, their contact data, and other relevant information that you would want to keep. Once you create the XML or CSV file, upload it to uProc through the same top. Now, go to My Account under the menu items of uProc and click on Import Data from vTiger CRM again. A window will then appear that shows that the data has been imported successfully. The next step would be to create a new project within uProc and add a workflow to the project in order to define a process in which you would like to use Vtiger CRM in your business. You can do so by going to your projects and clicking on +New Project button from the top right corner of the screen. Then add a workflow to the project by going to Add Step > Process > Add workflow. In the next step, you will be asked to select a workflow template that will be used for your project. Select a template that suits your requirements and then click on Create Project button at bottom of your screen. Once a workflow template has been selected, a new screen will appear with a list of process steps that can be added to your project. Now go back to My Account menu under the menu items of uProc and click on Import Data from vTiger CRM again. This time around, a window will appear asking for a workflow template name that you have chosen earlier when you created a new project for integrating Vtiger with uProc. Select it from the drop down menu and then click on Upload & Merge button at bottom of your screen. A new window will then appear called Merge Data Sources window where you can specify how many sources you would like to import data from and whether or not there are any duplicates in these sources that you would like to avoid during the merge process. After specifying these fields, click on Process button at bottom of your screen and wait until the process ends on its own. Once the process ends, you will be able to see all data imported from Vtiger within uProc along with all relevant information such as customer names, email IDs etc.. You can also view all of this information directly through your account on Vtiger by logging in to your account and going to Customers tab under main menu item called Customers of your account on Vtiger (the same account that was created earlier. Once you reach this tab, search for all customers who were imported into uProc and view their contact information such as emails and contact numbers etc.. There are some fields such as customer notes and custom fields that you can use to store additional information related to each customer such as phone numbers etc.. You can also view additional details such as social media profiles of each customer by accessing social media tab under main menu item called Social Media in your account on Vtiger (the same account that was created earlier. You can also view additional information about each customer through their profile including their address details, businesses they are associated with, websites they have created etc.. Some features of Vtiger include lead management, e-mail campaigns etc.. which provide additional capabilities when integrated with uProc. Since it is very easy to integrate these two sputions together, there are many advantages that arise out of it when both are used together in one business environment. Some benefits are listed below.
