Square provides a simple method of accepting credit card payments for freelancers. The integration of Square with uProc would allow the freelancer using Square to also be able to create their own invoices. This would reduce the amount of time spent on paperwork by the freelancer.
The benefits of integrating uProc and Square include the fplowing:
The ability to create invoices on the fly when accepting payment through Square. This means that if the client asks for an invoice at the time of payment, it can be created in a timely fashion. Full data capture at the time of payment. This means that all information related to the transaction (such as the amount, product, etc.. is entered into the system automatically, allowing for quicker processing and easier compiling of records. No more printing and mailing invoices! Invoices are created using Square, sent through email to the client, and then filed immediately in uProc.
