With the implementation of Notion into our practice, we have brought all of our documentations in one place where we can access them easily. Notion enables us to add attachments to documents easily, thus allowing us to link them to each other. Furthermore, Notion allows us to add records to different categories and give each category a description; this helps us categorize our records according to their format and purpose. The integration of Notion with uProcess has helped us streamline our practice’s workflow as well as increase efficiency in our day-to-day operations. With Notion, we can now plan our day and set reminders for each task we need to complete. Before the implementation of Notion in our practice we used to plan our day by choosing what tasks to complete at the start of the day, which would help us manage our time better. However, this method did not allow us to finish everything on schedule because our clients would contact us throughout the day; therefore, we needed to readjust our schedule every time we received a new client request. Now that we have integrated Notion with uProcess, we plan our day by adding reminders and deadlines to our tasks so we can self-aware when we need to adjust our schedule accordingly.
