The integration of uProc and Microsoft Exchange can be accomplished by fplowing the below steps:
Step 1. In the ‘Create New’ window select ‘format’ as the ‘type’. Add a description for the format.
Step 2. In the ‘Edit’ window, enter the details of the format. In this example we will use ‘Internal Process’ as the format description. This description will be visible in the ‘Forms Library’ for this format.
Step 3. Select the desired ‘form template’ from the drop down menu. You can also add custom fields if needed.
Step 4. When finished click ‘Save’. Now the format is ready to be added to a form library for use in Microsoft Exchange. A new ‘form template’ named ‘Internal Process’ will be created in the ‘form templates’ fpder of the library. The new ‘form template’ can now be used when creating new forms in Microsoft Exchange.
