It provides excellent tops for employees to review their schedules, communicate about schedule changes, and manage access for both internal and external coworkers. For managers, it has the tops to make scheduling easier.
Acuity Scheduling is a cloud based software which allows people to work on the go from any device. It also integrates with other apps so that the users can use data from those apps within Acuity. Users can share shifts with other team members and can also approve or deny requests made by other users. It also has a built in calendar which syncs with Google and Outlook calendar. Integration of uProc and Acuity Scheduling allows users to get all their schedules in one place. This integration works very well and makes scheduling easy for everyone invpved. The integration of these two resources also means that employees are able to view their schedules from anywhere they have access to internet. Since all the information is aggregated onto one page, it becomes easier to see what everyone else is doing as well as what they have planned in the future. Since Acuity Scheduling automatically syncs with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar, this makes it simple for everyone to get the most accurate information about everyone’s schedules. With this integration, it becomes much easier for people to communicate with each other about who will be available at what times because it’s all in one place. Additionally, since Acuity Scheduling integrates with uProc, if an employee makes a shift request and the manager approves it on uProc, then Acuity will automatically assign that shift to the employee. This eliminates the need for people to go back into Acuity Scheduling when the manager approves their request because it will automatically sync and update their schedule online via uProc at that moment. Also, since uProc and Acuity Scheduling are integrated, if people are not available on certain days, then they won’t be able to see what they’re supposed to do on those days within Acuity because they won’t be able to login or access their account on those days due to being logged out or blocked by uProc. This means that if someone wants to see what he or she should be doing on a certain day, then he or she can’t do so until he or she gets himself or herself unblocked by uProc. This ensures that people are only able to see what they should be doing when they’ve been approved by the manager, which helps eliminate any confusion regarding shifts or work hours. If someone were able to keep looking at his or her schedule without approval from the manager, then it would create confusion as to who is actually supposed to be working on what day and when, which would lead to conflict among employees about who should be working on what days. Using Acuity Scheduling with uProc also gives managers full power over the schedules within their company because they essentially have contrp over who sees what in terms of their schedule within Acuity Scheduling. They can also easily block someone from viewing their schedule if they don’t want them seeing it within Acuity Scheduling without having to worry about unblocking them because of them being blocked by uProc already. This keeps everything organized along with keeping people out of things they shouldn’t be looking at within the system. While this may seem like it takes away some freedom or privacy from employees, it doesn’t take away anything because it’s only making sure everyone knows who is supposed to be doing what at any given time so that there is no confusion between employees who are supposed to be working on what days versus days where they are not scheduled to work at all because they have vacation days or sick days planned out already through their own calendars through Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar or whatever else they may be using to keep track of their schedule outside of Acuity Scheduling such as iCalendar or something similar that syncs with iCloud Calendar or Gmail Calendar or whatever else employees may be using instead of using Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar for managing their own personal schedules outside of Acuity Scheduling. In other words, uProc and Acuity Scheduling work together so that people who should be working are actually working on their assigned shifts when they are supposed to be working on those shifts and people who shouldn’t be working aren’t working when they shouldn’t be working at all because they have designated times off that have been approved by the manager via uProc already and these designated times off will show up as blocked time on Acuity Scheduling if an employee tries logging into his or her account while on one of those designated days off already approved through uProc in order to prevent him or her from seeing his or her schedule within Acuity while he or she isn’t supposed to be working on those days already approved through uProc already anyway so this isn’t really taking away anything from anyone but rather making sure everyone knows who is supposed to be working on what days through the system itself just in case something does happen where uProc fails for whatever reason and someone needs to know where someone is supposed to be at any given time and doesn’t have access to his or her own personal calendar if he or she uses a different calendar than Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar such as iCalendar or another program outside of Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar that syncs with iCloud Calendar such as Gmail Calendar where he or she may store details regarding his or her own personal schedule outside of Acuity Scheduling such as during vacations days where an employee may need his or her own calendar information because he or she doesn’t have access to his or her account anymore due to being blocked by uProc for whatever reason for whatever reason such as fraudulently requesting vacation days but instead getting caught by uProc since he was trying to request vacation days but didn’t submit any paperwork yet so he was caught red handed trying to abuse his own employee privileges by abusing his own employee privileges in order to get paid extra money without doing any actual work but since he was trying to abuse his own employee privileges he got caught by uProc because he submitted fake vacation days but didn’t submit any real paperwork such as doctor notes so he was caught red handed trying to abuse his own employee privileges by abusing his own employee privileges in order to get paid extra money without doing any actual work but since he was trying to abuse his own employee privileges he got caught by uProc because he submitted fake vacation days but didn’t submit any real paperwork such as doctor notes which means now he cannot get paid at all because he was caught trying to abuse his own employee privileges by abusing his own employee privileges in order to get paid extra money without doing any actual work but since he was trying to abuse his own employee privileges he got caught by uProc because he submitted
