Typeform?

Typeform is a web-based survey platform and form builder with more than 60,000 companies worldwide. It enables people to create beautiful surveys and forms that can be embedded, embeddable, or live-surveyed on websites (Typeform, n.d.. Furthermore, it has a mobile application for iOS and Android. Typeform allows users to create different types of surveys such as:

  • Simple surveys,
  • Multiple choice surveys,
  • Dropdown surveys,
  • Rating surveys,
  • Matrix surveys,
  • Grid surveys, and
  • Confirm surveys.

Creating a survey with Typeform can be done in three steps:

Step 1. Sign up for a free plan for unlimited responses or sign up for one of their paid plans if you need more features and storage.

Step 2. Design your survey and add your questions by one of the many options available for each question type. There are also options for adding text, images, and videos to your survey. Each option is shown in detail below:

For example, if you want to add an image to your survey you can do so by clicking “Add Image” from the menu bar and then select “Upload Files” from the drop down menu. After that, click “Choose Files” to select the image from your computer/desktop. There are also other options such as using URL links to link to an image or attaching an image from the cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud Photo Library or Twitter photos (Typeform, n.d.. You can also change the size of the image and its position in relation to the text. For example, if you want to place the image at the top right corner of the text box you can do so by selecting “Top right corner” from the drop down menu for positioning your image. After that, you can adjust the width and height of the image by adjusting the numbers in red brackets next to both “W” and “H” (Typeform, n.d.. If you want to change the cpor of the font for your question you can do so by selecting “Hover cpor” from the drop down menu and then select a new cpor from the cpor palette shown above (Typeform, n.d.. Finally, if you want to add a caption for your image you can do so by selecting “Caption” from the drop down menu and typing in your caption (Typeform, n.d.. After that you can click “Save & Close” to save your settings for that question (Typeform, n.d.. Here is an example of what your survey would look like after adding an image:

User A saw John Smith had only answered questions 1 through 10 on their online survey called “Survey A” but not question 14 while user B saw Bob Thompson had only answered questions 1 through 8 on their online survey called “Survey B” but not question 9 (Typeform, n.d.). User A asked John Smith why he didn’t answer question 14 on their online survey called “Survey A” while user B asked Bob Thompson why he didn’t answer question 9 on their online survey called “Survey B” (Typeform, n.d.). User A modified their online survey called “Survey A” by adding another question which was later answered by John Smith while user B modified their online survey called “Survey B” by removing two questions which were later answered by Bob Thompson too (Typeform, n.d.). User A added another participant named Henry Brown who later answered most questions on their online survey called “Survey A” but not question 14 while user B added another participant named
