Introduction. I would like to discuss about Typeform and MeisterTask in this article. I will talk about what is Typeform, what is MeisterTask and how Typeform and MeisterTask can be integrated to make my work easier.

In the body, I will compare the working process between before I start using Typeform and MeisterTask and after I start using Typeform and MeisterTask. There are many benefits of using Typeform and MeisterTask. First, I will talk about the integration of Typeform and MeisterTask. Second, I will talk about the benefits of using Typeform and MeisterTask. Lastly, I will discuss the conclusion.

  • Integration of Typeform and MeisterTask
  • Before I start using Typeform and MeisterTask, I have to send a proposal to my client. After that, my client will reply me with a proposal of his own. Third, I have to send a request for payment to my client. Then, my client will send me his request for payment. Finally, I have to check my client’s creditworthiness. This is how the work goes through before I start using Typeform and MeisterTask while using Typeform and MeisterTask is much easier. First, I fill out the Typeform that has all the information needed by my client for his request for payment. Second, I upload the Typeform to my client’s account on MeisterTask. After that, my client can see the Typeform on his homepage. Then, he can fill out all the necessary information in the Typeform. Fourth, he downloads the invoice which contains all the information needed by the bank for processing his request for payment. Finally, he can print it out and submit it to his bank.

  • There are many benefits of using Typeform and MeisterTask besides just making my work easier. First, it saves time. As you see above, the process of handling the invoice is very tedious before I start using Typeform and MeisterTask while it is much easier after I start using Typeform and MeisterTask. The reason is because there are no need any more for me to send an invoice to my client or for him to send me his request for payment or check his creditworthiness. All this information are contained in the invoice that he downloads from MeisterTask which helps me save time when compared to before when I have to deal with these issues individually. Second, it saves money because there are no need any more for me to pay for stamps or use courier services when sending or receiving documents to or from my clients when they are handled through email or message application in MeisterTask. Last but not least, it is more convenient because when there are problems occurs in my working process with my clients which happens quite often when handling international business transactions for example if there are problems in sending or receiving documents then it is easy to spve them quickly through communicating through message applications in MeisterTask which saves me lots of time in daily working process because normally I have to communicate with my clients via phone call which always takes much longer than just texting them through messaging application in MeisterTask even though they are in the same city as me.

    After seeing all these benefits of using Typeform and MeisterTask, I believe that integration of Typeform and MeisterTask will help me increase my efficiency in working process because there are no need anymore for me to send proposals, requests for payment or check my clients’ creditworthiness individually as I mentioned above so it would be easier to handle international business transactions as well as save money and time as well as increase convenience in working process through using Typeform and MeisterTask as well as share information more easily between parties invpved in this transaction so it would be easier for both parties invpved to keep track of the whpe process during the transaction and know where do we stand at any point in time during this transaction so we can stay on track without any issue arise which lead us to delay the whpe process unnecessarily.
