How Typeform & Google Tasks Integrations Work

Integration of Typeform and Google Tasks

  • With Zapier, Typeform and Google Tasks can be integrated together easily by creating a Zaps, which is a workflow that automatically transfers data from one application to another application.

    First, users must sign up for free on Zapier’s website. Then they can search for Typeform and Google Tasks. After selecting the two apps that they want to integrate, users can click “Create New Zap” button, which will lead them to the “Select Trigger App” page.

    Users should select Typeform as the trigger app. They can choose from among all available triggers, but in this case, users should select “New form submission” as the trigger. This will allow them to have their work submitted to Google Tasks automatically whenever a new form has been submitted.

    Then users should select Google Tasks as the action app. They should also select “Add Task” as the action type. This means that whenever a new form has been submitted through Typeform, the corresponding task will be added to the user’s Google Tasks list.

    Once everything has been set up, users are asked to give a name to their Zap, so they should enter a name for their Zap at this point. Once they have created a Zap, they should click on the “Create Zap” button, which will lead them to the trigger page where they can see that their Zap has been created.

    Users should then click on “View Action Page” button, which will take them to the action page where they can see that their Google Tasks list has been updated with the new task that has been added. Users can now click on the task to see more details about it.
