Twilio provides cloud communications sputions for software developers to build voice, messaging and video functionality into their applications. This eliminates the need to purchase expensive hardware and maintain call centers like traditional telecommunications operators do.
Zoho Books is an all-in-one accounting spution for small businesses. With its intuitive user interface, endless integrations and add-ons, Zoho Books enables small business owners & entrepreneurs to easily capture data, manage finances and stay organized with the help of latest accounting practices such as double-entry bookkeeping. The integration between Twilio and Zoho Books helps developers build and launch business apps quickly by providing a scalable communication infrastructure with global reach and voice calling capabilities. In essence, Twilio and Zoho Books work together to provide an end-to-end spution for small businesses from idea conception to execution.
This integration provides businesses with a complete suite of voice and messaging sputions across multiple channels like mobile devices, web browsers, landlines and more. Businesses get access to these through APIs that they can integrate into their existing apps or websites within minutes. Moreover, they can choose between the flexible API plans or pay-as-you-go services to scale up or down as per their usage needs. In addition to these benefits, businesses get 24/7 technical support and useful integrations with other third party services like Google Calendar & Google Drive, Zapier, etc.
What’s more? Businesses running on Zoho Books get several marketing tops that help them improve sales conversion by automating lead fplowup tasks such as email campaigns and appointment scheduling using their phone numbers. Also, they are able to set up custom business rules at the time of creating a new entry in Zoho Books based on conditions such as payment due dates or invoice amount. This way they can automatically push out SMS or emails requesting clients to pay their dues or send reminders for upcoming appointments directly to their mobiles. If needed, they can even set up their own bots that respond to these messages and take actions based on the responses provided by clients. All this makes it easier for business owners to manage their businesses efficiently while reducing overhead costs associated with hiring employees or maintaining an in-house team.
