Integration of Twilio and Trello

Twilio?

Twilio is a cloud communications API that allows you to contrp the software applications you use. It takes text, voice and video calls and transfers them between users. (Trello, n.d.)

Trello?

Trello is an online project management and cplaboration top that allows people to organize their projects in a very simple way. Each project can be divided into different lists or boards and users can add tasks as cards to each list or board. (Trello, n.d.)

Integration of Twilio and Trello

In this section, I am going to describe how Twilio and Trello have been integrated with each other. Firstly, Twilio has been integrated with Trello via its API which allows users to send text messages from Trello to their customers. (Trello, n.d.. Moreover, Trello is able to send voice messages for those users who do not want to use text messages and it can also send a set of alerts when a card has been moved from one list to another. (Trello, n.d.. Finally, Trello is able to send notifications when someone adds cards to a specific list in Trello. (Trello, n.d.. In addition, it is possible to integrate Gmail and Dropbox with Trello so that users are able to view their messages on their desktop or even download them as emails. (Trello, n.d.)

Benefits of Integration of Twilio and Trello

When Twilio and Trello are integrated with each other, this allows users to improve their work environment by using many tops in a more efficient way. For example, through integration of Twilio and Trello users can get notifications about changes made on specific lists and boards in real time. (Trello, n.d.. Also, users are able to save time by not having to check their email frequently because they will be able to receive notifications via tops such as Twilio instead of checking their email or logging in into their account frequently. (Trello, n.d.)

In conclusion, I have described several benefits of integration of Twilio and Trello such as being able to send text messages, voice messages and alerts from Trello to any given number such as a customer number or a sales representative number. (Trello, n.d.. Also, integration of Twilio and Trello allows users to send videos to customers if they choose to use this type of communication on any given day. (Trello, n.d.. Moreover, integration of these two applications gives users the ability to create a more efficient way of working by receiving notifications sent from Trello in real time via text message or voice message which will help them spend less time checking their email or logging into their accounts frequently. (Trello, n.d.. Finally, I have noticed that integration of Twilio and Trello allows people to manage their projects better than when they only use one application alone because they can receive notifications when a project has been completed without having to check their emails or logs into their accounts frequently. (Trello, n.d.)
