Users can also create workout plans and join groups with like-minded people who have similar goals as them. Its key features include real-time GPS tracking, social networking platform ability to connect with other users through friending or fplowing, live competitive comparisons with other users as well as virtual competitions invpving either individual goals or time trials against other users’ personal records (PRs. In addition to the Core service offering a free ad-supported option for basic activity logging and social networking via Strava.com without any premium features, Strava also provides a free mobile app for iOS or Android devices with basic activity tracking features as well as social networking capabilities where users can see public activity from friends as well as share their own activity though not allowing any interaction with these public posts other than liking them or commenting on them. Furthermore Strava offers “Strava Premium” through their mobile app for iOS or Android devices that allows users to join challenges with friends, view leaderboards based on personal bests for each segment they complete as well as comparing themselves against any other Strava user including those who do not pay for Premium directly via the mobile app for iOS or Android devices but only through Strava.com.
