To do this, I will first explain how both applications are used individually and then explain how they could be integrated to provide additional features. Finally, I will discuss the benefits that could be gained by integrating these applications.

  • How would Trello’s users benefit from integration with Zoho Cliq

Users of Trello could benefit by having the ability to create forms on a board in addition to project cards. Currently, users can create cards with attachments such as documents or photos; however, they cannot easily have the ability to create a form where they can add information that they would like to track over time or cplect responses from users within the context of the card itself. Integrating Zoho Cliq into Trello would give its users the ability to create forms that can be embedded into any of their existing project cards. This would allow for more cplaboration between team members since they could all contribute information about a specific project without having to leave the board or application to access other applications. Additionally, it would be beneficial for individuals who use Trello to add items to their task lists because they would not have to use another application such as Google Sheets or Excel. They could simply fill out the forms created in Zoho Cliq directly from the card itself. Furthermore, integration of Zoho Cliq into Trello would allow for better organization among individuals who use this application because they would not have to switch between different applications to keep track of multiple projects at once. For example, if an individual wanted to keep track of his or her personal tasks and business tasks, he/she would be able to keep these separate in separate lists within each board. Integration of Zoho Cliq into Trello would also make it easier for individuals who use Zoho Cliq by allowing them to fill out their forms directly from their cards instead of having to access another application such as Zoho Docs or Google Drive, which could cause confusion when trying to locate files within the program itself. Integration of Zoho Cliq into Trello would also enable people who use Trello for business purposes to add reporting functionality that could help them with generating reports for their employees or managers without ever leaving their board. This integration could also enable Trello users to create more advanced forms that include tables or charts since Zoho Cliq has these features built into its own document editor.

Integration of Zoho Cliq into Trello would eliminate this issue because people who use Zoho Cliq could enter comments directly onto cards after clicking on them directly from the document editor screen in Zoho Cliq itself. Additionally, people who use Zoho Cliq for business purposes could also gain some benefits from integrating their software with Trello because they would be able to add reporting functionality that would make it easier for them to generate reports for their employees or managers without ever leaving their board in Trello itself. This integration could also enable Trello users that use Zoho Cliq for business purposes to gain more advanced features within their documents since Zoho Cliq offers features that are not available within Trello such as tables and charts.
