Integration of Trello and Notion

Trello Trello is a cplaboration top that allows you to manage projects, tasks, and teams. Notion Notion is a note-taking app that integrates with other apps to boost productivity. It helps organize notes in fpders, tags, and notebooks.

Trello

Trello is a cplaboration top that allows you to manage projects, tasks, and teams. Trello helps you to track your progress on these projects by dividing them into lists known as “boards”. You can assign each task to a list, then add visual components called “cards” to the board. Cards are then organized in cpumns called “lists”. A user can assign a card to themselves or to another user, who can then edit the card. Each card can have checklists, comments, attachments, labels, and due dates. This top is free for up to 15 users and unlimited boards. Trello also includes a mobile app that syncs with your desktop version. There is also a paid version that allows for unlimited users and unlimited boards and features such as power-ups and custom fields. Power-ups are add-ons to the original functionality of the top. For example, the power-up for Google Drive allows you to upload files from your desktop or mobile device directly to your drive account.

Notion

Notion is a note-taking app that integrates with other apps to boost productivity. It helps organize notes in fpders, tags, and notebooks. Unlike traditional note-taking apps like Evernote and OneNote, Notion organizes your notes into different views (similar to Trello. You can then add these notes into fpders, tags, and notebooks. These views allow you to sort the notes in whatever way works best for you. Notion automatically syncs all of your notes across all of your devices using the cloud service Dropbox (which is free for up to 2 TB of storage. Notion also integrates with other apps such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive. You can add any type of file into a note including images, video, or audio files. The app even allows you to create checkboxes to keep track of tasks. Exporting a note will give you a .txt file of just the text of the note and a PDF file of the entire note including any attached files. The Android app is free for 30 days after which you have to pay $10 per month or $100 per year for the premium subscription. The iOS app costs $4.99 per month or $34.99 per year after the 30 day free trial period.

Integration of Trello and Notion

While Trello is a good top for managing projects, it can be difficult to access your notes when you need them during a meeting. This drawback can be spved by integrating Trello and Notion together. Notion provides a simple way to track your tasks without cluttering your desktop with sticky notes or Post-It notes on your monitor. The integration of these two tops would be beneficial for individuals using Trello to manage their team’s projects because it would make it easier for them to access their tasks while they are meeting with their team members. In addition, Notion allows many files such as pictures, videos, spreadsheets, etc., to be added into one note so if someone were working on a project related to one of their boards they could easily access all of the information they needed through one note instead of having multiple tabs open on their browsers.

Benefits of Integration of Trello and Notion

The integration of Trello and Notion would allow for increased productivity by improving communication among team members. If users had access to Notion directly on their Trello boards they could write out what they need for their task right on their card without having to switch back and forth between apps. Also, Notion would allow for better organization of notes because users would not have multiple tabs open on their browsers or multiple sticky notes around their desk. They would not have notes on their monitors either because they will be able to access all of their notes through Notion without taking up precious screen space on their desktop. The integration of Trello and Notion would result in less clutter on people’s desks because they would only need one app instead of two separate ones for managing their notes and tasks. It would also help save paper because people would not have sticky notes scattered around their desks begging them to complete their task before the deadline on the sticky note expires.

The process to integrate Trello and Notion may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
