I will write three paragraphs introducing what Trello is and how it is used. I will include a list of benefits and features.
Trello is basically a digital bulletin board, where you can create a “board” and add lists to it, much like a calendar. You can also create cards in the board, which are basically small pieces of paper that can be moved around by dragging them. You can organize your cards into lists on the board. A card can contain text or a link, images, and attachments. Trello makes it easy to work together with other people who have access to the same board. You can invite people to your boards, or they can create their own boards based on yours. This means that you can cplaborate with other people on certain tasks or projects.
macOS Calendar is a calendar app included in Apple operating systems for Macintosh computers (macOS. You can use Calendar to keep track of your schedule, set up appointments, print calendars for others to see, and more. And you can use Calendar to share calendars with other people. For example, you may want to share your calendar with your partner so that you both know when you have a meeting or get-together scheduled.
In this section I will explain the benefits of using a combination of Trello and macOS Calendar instead of only using one of these apps (or another alternative. I will discuss integration between the two applications and any other benefits that result from integrating these two applications.
The first benefit of using Trello and macOS Calendar together is that you have everything in one place. You can view information about your schedule in Maps, Calendar, Reminders, and other apps in one place. Another benefit is that you can send iMessage invitations directly from your Trello card. This way you don't have to manually add everyone's email addresses to your contacts list just so they can see an invitation. Thirdly, all your events are now synced across all devices, including iOS devices and Macs. This way you always know what's going on. The fourth benefit is universal search in macOS 10.13 Mojave. In macOS 10.13 Mojave, Spotlight searches all of your files and apps across your whpe system and gives you results from Maps, Photos, Mail, Messages, Reminders, Safari, Notes, Calendar, Contacts, iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, Music Videos, Podcasts, News, Voice Memos, Home videos, iMovie projects...and yes...Trello too! Fifthly, with the new Siri Shortcuts feature in macOS Mojave, you can build routines that make it easy to start projects quickly using Siri. So if you have a task that invpves Trello cards and calendar events, Siri will help you create those events and move around the cards without having to take your hands off the keyboard! And sixthly, you can now set checklists in Trello cards with drag-and-drop support on Macs with Touch Bar!
