Trello is a project management top that allows users to create lists and cards for projects, add and remove them and move them around and keep track of each and every task. We can also add details to each task and see the progress of the work on a board.
Dropbox is a file storage and sharing service that stores files in the cloud and allows its users to sync files across computers. The users can share these files with other people via Dropbox's web interface.
Trello helps us to take care of our things. It helps us to get organized and handle the tasks we have assigned to ourselves. We can use it to manage our work at home, schop or work. We can make a list of tasks, set deadlines for each one, prioritize them according to importance, etc. We can also attach files to each task. While using Trello, we will never forget any task because it shows all the tasks in front of us at all times. One of the best parts about Trello is that it easily integrates with other apps. For example, if I want to send an email with an attachment, I can simply click on the “Share” button inside Trello, compose my email, copy the link, paste it into my email software, attach my file to it and send it. No more having to upload or download attachments! This way is much simpler and faster than logging onto Dropbox or sending attachments through email, which is time-consuming.
While using Dropbox, we can sync files between all of our devices so that no matter where we are or what device we are using at that moment, we can access all of our documents. This way, we don’t have to carry around flash drives or external hard drives to be able to work on our files wherever we are. It also makes transferring files from one computer to another very easy because no matter what computer you are using at the time, you will always be able to access your files on your other computer as well as all of your devices (e.g., cell phone. Also, there are many useful applications for Dropbox for doing amazing things like turning your computer screen off while working on your laptop or turning your phone screen on/off when you connect/disconnect it from your laptop. This makes working on your computer easier if you are not sitting right next to it.
The integration of Trello and Dropbox is very helpful for me because I use both of these applications frequently throughout my day. I am always on my laptop, so carrying around one extra thing is not ideal for me. With this integration, I don’t have to worry about carrying around things like flash drives or external hard drives anymore because everything is stored on the cloud. It also makes transferring files between computers so easy for me because I just need to log into my Dropbox account and download the file if I need it on another computer. This way is much faster than uploading the file via email or USB stick or putting it on a flash drive just to transfer it over to another computer. And I don’t have to worry about forgetting anything at home or work because Trello keeps all my tasks in front of me at all times. And if I need to share a file with someone else via Dropbox, all I have to do is click on the “Share” button inside Trello and then click “Copy Link” after composing my message. I can paste it into my email or text messaging app and send it without worrying about attaching the file separately because everything is already attached! Not only is this approach super simple but it also saves me a lot of time as well as allowing me to focus spely on the task at hand instead of worrying about sending an attachment as well as being distracted by having to attach the file separately/download it from a website or email account.
