The first difference between Tookan and Xero is that Tookan is based out of China while Xero is based out of the United States. The second difference between the two companies is that Tookan offers free shipping on all purchases whereas Xero charges a flat rate shipping fee for most items purchased online. Another difference between the two companies is how each company handles customer service requests. If you have an issue with your order with Tookan you can call their customer service department at (800. 555-5555 or (855. 55-TOOKAN (855-558-6265. If you have an issue with your order with Xero you can call their customer service department at (877. 886-4443 or (866. 886-2467. The last difference between the two companies is that Tookan offers different payment options than Xero does. For example, if you place an order with Tookan using PayPal as your preferred payment method you can get extra discounts on certain products such as televisions and computers. This is not the case with Xero as they do not offer any discounts for using PayPal as your preferred payment method. Overall it seems like integrating Tookan and Xero may not be such a good idea because it could confuse people who don’t understand why there are two companies offering many of the same products and services to them at the same time.
