Toggl and Shippit are integrated with each other through the Shippit Toggl Integration add-on which is available at https://addons.shippit.com/other/.
The integrations enable users to connect their Toggl account with a Shippit account via the Shippit dashboard. The connection can be done by logging in to both accounts using the same email address.
After logging in to both accounts, one can grant Shippit access to Toggl or vice versa. Upon granting access, the user can integrate their Toggl account with their Shippit account. This can be done by going to ‘Settings’ from the top menu bar in the Toggl website. One of the options under Settings is Toggl Connections. This option will allow the user to connect their Toggl account with a Shippit account. After connecting your Toggl account with a Shippit account, you can see the status of your connection from the dashboard page of your Shippit account. You can see whether you are connected or not and if you are connected, you can go ahead to connect your projects from your Shippit account with Toggl by going to ‘Settings’ from the top menu bar of your shippit account, under ‘Projects’ section. One of the options under Settings is ‘Connected Projects’ where you can find all your connected projects and select one of them for integration with Toggl. After selecting a project, it will ask you to click ‘connect project’. Once you click on ‘connect project’, you will be redirected to your Toggl profile page where it will prompt you to authorize the connection between your Toggl and Shippit accounts. You will then need to enter your email address used to log in into your Toggl account and click ‘Authorize’ button. This will send an authorization email to your email address entered in your Toggl profile page. You will then be required to open the email, it will contain a link that you need to click on so as to authorise the connection between your shippit account and your Toggl account. Upon clicking the link in the email, it will redirect you back to your shippit account where you will see a notification that the project has been connected with your Toggl account.
