Integrate Toggl with Klaviyo

This integration shows you how to connect Toggl with Klaviyo to show your team’s activity in Klaviyo as well as create personalized email campaigns. To do this, you will need to use the template:

Track time using Toggl. [Project Name] - [Project URL]

Use this template when you add a new project to Toggl (you can use the project name or put in the URL of the project. If your company’s data is private or if you want to use a different name, then you can change it in the template and save it. For example, if your company name is “CompanyName”, then make sure the template says “Track time using Toggl. CompanyName - CompanyName”.

When a member of your team goes to edit his/her time entry, he/she must then enter the Klaviyo Tracking ID from their project settings page in Klaviyo. Once they enter the tracking ID and save the time entry, both Toggl and Klaviyo will automatically provide updates about that activity.

Once this integration has been set up, you can create an automatic email campaign from Klaviyo. You can even use the Toggl Reports to create automated emails or create an automated email campaign from scratch in Klaviyo. The possibilities are endless! With this integration, you can easily track your team’s performance and productivity and also send them automated emails based on their activity.
