Todoist can be integrated with a company’s mailing list. First a user will have to connect the mailing list to Todoist by going to Settings > Integrations > Mailing List. After this a user can simply add a new task in the project that is being updated in Todoist and choose to have a reminder sent when the task is assigned. This will allow users to have a task automatically remind them about the message they’re sending. In addition to this a user can have their email sent from Todoist by simply updating their profile so that their email is being sent from Todoist. To do this a user will have to go to Settings > App Settings > Email Address and update their email address to whatever email address they’re currently using.
