Integration of Todoist and EngageBay

The integration of Todoist with EngageBay enables the fplowing features.

Tasks are automatically imported from Todoist into EngageBay based on the specifications of each user. For example, you will be notified when your tasks are due in the next 30 days. Note that this feature is optional. You can choose to turn it off by going to Settings>Integrations>Todoist>Deactivate Import From Todoist.

Integration between EngageBay and Todoist allows you to create new customer profiles directly from EngageBay. For example, if you are writing an email campaign, you can create new profiles for your customers by using the Add New Profile icon. This icon appears at the bottom of the page when you are editing your email templates or sending campaigns. You can also use this icon to create new profiles for your fplowers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc. This feature is very helpful if you are running a giveaway or conducting a viral marketing campaign. You can then send messages or posts to your customers or fplowers, based on the preferences that you have specified in their profiles. The Add New Profile icon may only appear when you are using the editor of an email campaign or any other type of campaign. It won't appear during the setup of campaigns. Integration between EngageBay and Todoist allows you to import project ideas into EngageBay from Todoist via an RSS feed. This option is useful if you are managing numerous projects at the same time, and always looking for ideas for future projects. To enable this feature, go to Settings>Integrations>RSS Feeds>Todoist>Enable Import From Todoist. Then you will see your RSS feed for your Todoist tasks on the Todoist page of your EngageBay account under Settings > Integrations > RSS Feeds . You can also view the list of tasks that need to be done on the To-Do page . *Note that all task assignments must be created manually in Todoist before they can appear on the To-Do page in EngageBay. However, you can use the Sync functionality of Todoist to assign tasks in EngageBay to your Todoist tasks if you wish to do so.
