Timely by Memory and Microsoft Exchange (hereafter referred to as TM and MS respectively. were developed by two separate companies, but the integration of these two platforms has yielded positive results. The purpose of this article is to discuss the integration of TM and MS and how it has improved productivity for our company.
TM is a cplaboration software that provides real-time messaging and calendar sharing between employees within an organization. Since TM uses cloud computing technpogy, it takes advantage of the Internet and other computer networks to share information and plans with coworkers.
MS is a program used to provide email and contact lists for an organization. MS is designed to be used on a desktop or laptop computer.
Integration of TM and MS has allowed us to keep up with the demands of customers and fellow employees. The integration of these two programs has also helped to reduce confusion as well as increase productivity because we now have fewer problems with scheduling meetings and keeping up with each others’ work responsibilities. It would be almost impossible for us to operate without these applications because they are so integrally linked to our daily operations. Employees appreciate the ease of using these two programs together because it simplifies a number of tasks that would otherwise take a great deal of time to complete.
In order to integrate TM and MS, we set up several servers that were designed to house both programs. The servers were then linked together via a virtual private network (VPN), which allowed all employees to access both programs from any computer terminal in the company. This gives us assurance that we will not lose anything if a disaster or another failure occurs.
