  • TimeCamp? TimeCamp is a Time Tracking Software that helps companies track time and manage payrpl. You can track time by employees and projects and you can also calculate the costs and run reports. TimeCamp gives you all your team’s time tracking data in one place, so you can easily analyze and use it to make informed decisions. TimeCamp is a cloud based software and it is available for Windows, MacOS and Linux. It has a free version with limited features and a paid version with more features.
  • Mautic? Mautic is an open source marketing automation top that helps you to manage your email campaigns, landing pages, social media, etc. It is a platform that allows you to create and deploy marketing automation campaigns in minutes. It has a clean and simple interface and it is easy to use. Its features include automated workflows, email campaigns, social media campaigns, landing page management and more. You can also connect it with different CRM and payment processors. Mautic is available for Windows, MacOS and Linux.
  • Integration of TimeCamp and Mautic

    • The integration between these two platforms allows you to manage your email campaigns from within TimeCamp. This saves both time and money because you only need to use one platform to manage everything. In addition, it also makes everything easier to manage because all the information will be in one place instead of jumping from platform to platform.
    • You can connect via API or by using the Zapier app. The Zapier app helps you connect different applications without having to write code.
    • If you connect via API, you need to have a developer that can write code for you. This process can take longer than using the app from Zapier. However, if you have your own developer, this process will be faster.
    • With the integration of TimeCamp and Mautic, you can create automation workflows that send emails based on certain triggers or events. For example, if someone purchases a service from you, the workflow can automatically send out an email asking for a testimonial from them. This works well because you can automate emails without having to manually send them each time.
    • If you want to add a new email campaign in Mautic, you can do so by clicking on Email Campaigns under Automations on the left side menu of the screen. From there, you can create either an automated or triggered email campaign. Once you create your email campaign, it will appear under the Automated Workflows section on the left side menu of the screen. From there, you can run it or schedule it to run at a later date/time.
    • With the integration of Mautic and TimeCamp, you can easily track how many emails are opened by your recipients. When someone opens an email sent by your automation workflow, it will show up as an event in TimeCamp under the Email Management category under Automation Triggers on the left side menu of the screen (it will be called eMail Opened. From there, you can see who opened the email, when they opened it and what email was opened by them.
    • Another benefit of this integration is that you can see how many people clicked on links inside emails sent by your automation workflow (i.e., links that were included inside emails. When someone clicks on a link inside your email campaign sent by your automation workflow (i.e., links that were included inside emails), it will show up as an event in TimeCamp under Email Campaigns under Automation Triggers on the left side menu of the screen (it will be called Link Clicks. From there, you can see who clicked on what link inside your email campaign.
    • With this integration, you can easily create fplow-up emails based off of responses to your initial email campaign(s. For example, if someone replies to your initial email campaign(s), you can create another workflow that sends out another fplow-up email to ask for feedback or testimonials from that person/company/organization/etc.. This saves time because instead of having to manually send out another fplow-up email at a later time/date, this workflow does it for you automatically after someone replies to your initial email campaign(s.
    • With the integration of TimeCamp and Mautic, you can easily export leads from your automation workflow to your CRM system (i.e., Salesforce. To export leads from Mautic into Salesforce, go to Automation > Campaigns under Automations on the left side menu of the screen then select your automation workflow that sends out an email campaign or sends out an email campaign based on certain criteria that are met (i.e., someone purchases a service from you. then click Export Leads at the top right hand corner of the screen (under Actions > Export Leads. Once you click Export Leads at the top right hand corner of the screen (under Actions > Export Leads), a window will pop up asking which leads you want to export from Mautic into Salesforce (you need at least one lead in Mautic for this to work properly. After selecting which leads you want to export from Mautic into Salesforce, click Export at the bottom right hand corner of the screen (under Actions > Export Leads. This process takes about 10-15 seconds depending on how many leads are selected for exporting into Salesforce (i.e., if there are 10 leads selected then it will take about 15 seconds. Once exported into Salesforce, those leads should appear in Salesforce under Contacts (or Accounts or Opportunities depending on how Salesforce is configured. That means those leads will now be available in Salesforce as contacts (or accounts or opportunities depending on how Salesforce is configured. if those leads previously did not exist before exporting those leads from Mautic into Salesforce (i.e., those leads were new leads acquired as part of your automation workflow sent out via Mautic.
