TickTick is a customer service software that allows users to respond to their customers via email, phone and social media in the most efficient way. We can add different tasks such as assigning tasks to team members, tracking the progress of the task and adding notes about the task. It has an application programming interface (API. where we can integrate with other tops such as Zendesk Sell.
Zendesk Sell is a CRM that allows users to manage their sales process and track how prospects and leads move through that process. It also allows users to fplow up with key prospects and keep track of the investment opportunities.
Integration between TickTick and Zendesk Sell can be done using TickTick’s API. With the integration, we can easily see the activity of our contacts on TickTick and we can drag and drop it directly into Zendesk Sell for actioning. Zendesk Sell will automatically create a contact for each new contact on TickTick. The integration will allow us to do things like changing a status or a priority on a contact in TickTick while it is simultaneously updated on Zendesk Sell.
The benefits of integrating TickTick and Zendesk Sell include increased efficiency of using the two tops together. For example, when I use TickTick to send a message to my customer on social media, I can reply from within TickTick instead of having to switch back and forth between the two tops. This saves me a lot of time since I am able to get things done in one place instead of having to switch back and forth between tops. I also don’t have to keep going through all my emails to find out if there are any responses from my customer. I can just go to TickTick and check the conversation view to see if there are any new messages from my customer. This helps me save a lot of time because I wouldn’t have to be checking every few hours if there are any new messages from my customer. This integration will also allow me to reduce the amount of time needed for my team members to update the status of contacts on Zendesk Sell since they can do it in TickTick without having to switch between tops.
