Integration between TickTick and Zendesk Sell can be done using TickTick’s API. With the integration, we can easily see the activity of our contacts on TickTick and we can drag and drop it directly into Zendesk Sell for actioning. Zendesk Sell will automatically create a contact for each new contact on TickTick. The integration will allow us to do things like changing a status or a priority on a contact in TickTick while it is simultaneously updated on Zendesk Sell.
