TickTack is an app for making a to-do list. It is very popular among students who use it to manage their class schedule, assignments and exams. Users can add tasks on a timeline to help them stay organized and know what to do and when, and also add tags and cpor comments. TickTack is available for both Android and iOS, but uProc is only available for iOS.
uProc is an app for making a to-do list with a simple interface. It has the fplowing features:
TickTack users can create a task list on their phone in the same way they would on their computer. They can also access their TickTack account on the web, which allows them to seamlessly integrate their mobile device with the TickTack website. They can send messages to each other directly from the TickTack website. The TickTack website integrates with Google Drive, allowing users to download screenshots of tasks directly from Google Drive onto the website. If users cannot access the Internet, and need to access their lists offline, they can do so using the TickTack app on their devices. Users can sync their tasks across all of their devices using TickTack’s automatic syncing feature. This feature enables users to set up a TickTack account on multiple devices at once and sync across all devices instantly. While using TickTack on a smartphone, users can attach photos and files directly from their phone or upload photos from their cloud services (including Picasa, Dropbox and Google Drive. TickTack allows users to edit or delete tasks that have already been created. If a phone breaks down, users will not lose their information saved on the app because they can access it online through the app’s website. Users can enter how long they spent on each task. TickTack provides online support for users experiencing any issues while using the app. TickTack’s backup feature allows users to back up their data in case they lose their phones or want to restore data from another phone. You can select which types of data you want to back up such as your lists and/or tasks. The backup file is stored in your Google Drive account, so if you ever lose your phone or upgrade your device, you can restore your data easily. Users can export their data into Excel format for further analysis. Users can make a list of tasks that are due within a week or month. TickTack allows users to move tasks between lists without having to recreate them again. Users can sync tasks across devices using Google Drive. Using the TickTack website, users can share their lists with others, allowing them to view the list items from anywhere using any device (smartphone or tablet. connected to the Internet. Users can see how long they spent working on each task as well as how many tasks they completed out of how many were assigned. Users can set how many times they want to be reminded of a task before it’s due (on-going. When setting reminders, users can choose how long before the due date they want the reminders to occur. TickTack allows users to add notes to tasks. Users can set the task’s priority level while adding it or when editing it later on. Note that this only applies to a single device; if you change whether an item is high priority on one device, it will not change on another device. If a user wants to turn off notifications from TickTack temporarily, he/she can change its settings on either his/her computer or smartphone’s device settings page. TickTack allows users to set specific dates for when their tasks are due, so that they will receive notifications about them on those specific dates. They will also receive notifications about those tasks daily until they are completed. The reminders are not limited to just those specific days though; if a user forgets about a due date, he/she will still receive notifications about that task even after the day it was due has passed. The default number of reminders that are sent is 10, but users can change this number if they wish. For example, they may want more reminders than usual if they are going away on vacation and don’t want to forget anything important while they’re gone. If you want more reminders than 10, you can change this number in your settings menu on your smartphone or computer device where you have installed TickTack. If you accidentally deleted a task or need to remove it because it is no longer relevant to you, then you can click the trashcan icon next to the task title on your list page and choose “Delete Task” from the drop-down menu (see screenshot below. The task will be marked as completed so that it won’t appear on your list anymore (but you cannot undo this part. If you accidentally deleted a task from within one of your lists, simply click “restore” at the bottom of your screen and then choose “restore deleted items” (see screenshot below.
