I’m doing my internship at TickTick, Inc. I would like to share my experience and review of TickTick and Shipwire integration with you.

Integration of TickTick and Shipwire

TickTick is an online top for managing inbound and outbound shipments. It helps the business to manage orders and shipments, create custom invoices, and track shipments right from one place. On the other hand, Shipwire is a fulfillment service for e-commerce businesses. The integration of TickTick and Shipwire allows small and medium size e-commerce businesses to easily manage their inventory and fulfill their orders.

  • TickTick offers users a dashboard where they can see all of their active orders. TickTick has already integrated with major shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and others. Now customers can use the dashboard to schedule a shipment using an integrated shipping carrier (e.g., UPS. or a non-integrated shipping service (e.g., Parcel2Go. They can also print a shipping label on-demand or request a pickup.

As a result, customers are able to use the same top to manage inbound and outbound shipments. They can view all of their orders in one place and schedule shipments through both services.
