Integration of TickTick and Kintone


TickTick is a project management software that reduces time and cost for business owners. It was founded in 2011 by a team of seven members from Microsoft Taiwan. It has been awarded as one of the best startups in Taiwan from Microsoft Accelerator, Migu Ventures, and Startupbootcamp. In 2014, it raised $2 million from TEEC Angel Fund to continue the development of the company. In 2015, it got an investment of $10 million from Gobi Partners to expand the global market.


Kintone is a cloud-based cplaboration app that allows users to connect different applications together and create a workflow. The app focuses on helping users manage their tasks and schedules through a user-friendly interface. Kintone is used by companies such as Uber, Microsoft, and other large companies. In 2015, Kintone was acquired by Microsoft, but it continues to remain independent and focus on its product development.

Integration of TickTick and Kintone

To integrate TickTick and Kintone, users can simply click on the “Connected Service” icon in the top navigation bar and then choose “Kintone”. They can also directly enter http://kintone.com/app/api/tck into the address bar and then click “Connect” to connect Kintone with TickTick.

After the integration is completed, users can choose the “Create Recurrence” option at the top right corner of each task or schedule. The integration will allow users to connect multiple tasks / schedules with each other through the “Recurrence Rule” form in TickTick and finally create a recurring pattern in Kintone.

Besides integrating with Kintone, TickTick has also integrated with Alfresco (a document management software. so that users can easily attach documents to each task or schedule in TickTick without having to switch between different platforms. This integration allows users to share documents with different project members through TickTick without having to switch between apps. Sharing & Cplaboration. Users can invite team members to join their projects through TickTick just by entering their email addresses; this makes it very easy for team members to cplaborate with each other through TickTick without having to switch between apps. Easy Task Management. Users can use the visual timeline view in TickTick to manage their projects; this feature helps them keep track of tasks more efficiently.
