Zoho Invoice is an application designed in order to manage invoices and invoicing related activities. It allows you to generate professional invoices, send reminders, track payments and other important tasks related to invoicing.
It is possible to integrate Zoho Invoice with many applications. One of them is Thinkific, which can be integrated through the Zapier platform. As I said before, there are many benefits that integration brings to your courses like automating certain tasks or facilitating some administrative tasks related with invoicing and generating payments efficiently. Let me show you some real examples of how automation has helped us at Teachlr:
Automating invoicing. We use Zapier to generate invoices automatically after receiving payments for our students’ premium accounts (and only for premium accounts. We also use triggers connected with actions like “When a payment is received” (Trigger. in order to create an invoice (Action. which contains all the information from the payment (amount paid and product type. With this automation we save a lot of time generating invoices manually; now we only need to wait until the payment is received by our bank account and then Zapier generates an invoice for us automatically so that we don’t have to spend time doing it manually anymore. This way we can spend more time working on other things like lessons or developing new courses for our students. Sharing assets. We also shared 2GB of assets (images, audio files or videos. between our online course platform and our online courseware platform thanks to integration between both platforms via Zapier. Our online courseware platform runs on WordPress, so we set up a Zapier workflow with two triggers and three actions. · One trigger happens when someone visits our “Media Library” page (trigger); · One action creates a file called “LibraryMedia” (action); · Another action downloads media files from our Media Library page (action); · The last action saves those files in WordPress Media Library fpder in our online courseware platform (action. This way all the images and audios from our Media Library page get downloaded automatically and saved in our WordPress Media Library fpder so that we have access to them from there too. If we had not done this integration it would have been necessary for us to download all these files manually once a week (remember that we upload ten new media files per week. This way we save lots of time because we only need to click one button instead of downloading all these files manually one by one every week; thanks to integration between both platforms we don’t need to do it anymore! All we have to do is click a button in Zapier which calls another action opening a new dialog box asking us where we want those files to be downloaded; then we just have to select WordPress Media Library Fpder as destination fpder and press Save File button. Finally, all these files get downloaded automatically saving us lots of time! Generating invoices. We use Zapier to generate invoices automatically after receiving payments for our students
